Dear Ben,
It has been a while since I last wrote you directly, and I will TRY to keep from hounding you about YOUR CRIMES, which I still intend to have you prosecuted, convicted, and imprisoned for -- ASAP -- but let's set aside our differences for a moment. You are a Public Servant pledged to serve the People -- even me -- so if you can't answer my Legal Questions yourself due to time constraints, I fully expect you to have someone on your staff answer me before this weekend. My questions are simple ones for anyone trained in North Carolina Law.
But first, while I am copying Alexandria Palombo, that PIG so embarrassed Judge Richard Russell Davis in his Court, that when Palombo claimed I was to be served an ARREST WARRANT, so I had to sit under Court Detention -- where inmates sit in Court -- until they could get, print, and serve the Arrest Warrant, as I passed Judge Davis, he swung WAY around away from me to signal he was DISGUSTED by the CRASS ILLEGALITY of what that Christian Bitch was doing.
I had brought charge of Communicating Threats against David Alan Young, and while in Court, decided that since that is a difficult charge to prove, and Mr. Young had LEARNED HIS LESSON for claiming the Bible Commands that ALL CHRISTIANS murder all HOMOSEXUALS, like me, you, Mayor Saffo, disgraced former NC Senator Thom Goolsby, and former Head of the NC Republican Party Tom Fetzer, and had he his gun that day he WOULD have shot me dead outside Jackson's Big Oak BBQ, but WOULD hunt me down on Wilmington's streets and SHOOT ME DEAD.
I had pretty much hidden in my apartment for a few months, before deciding to prosecute the DEVOUT CHRISTIAN.

Well, as it turned out, I was FREE TO GO, since Palombo LIED THROUGH HER TEETH that it was an Arrest Warrant, the LARGE number of Court Employees who had remained THANKED ME for MY BLOG and said the staff at New Hanover County Courthouse all read my blog religiously.
So I THEN KNEW I had won the fight already, and locking you up would just have to play out in time.
I insisted on a Court Appointed Defender, and got one, but Dustin never showed in Court, so case was dismissed. Additionally, half a year ago, Dustin Goldsmith showed up back in town, and asked to come to my new apartment so we could have sex -- which we did have twice -- he's let his GLORIOUS chest hair grow back in so was EXTRA HOT and certainly joined in the sexual fun.

Enough of the INTRODUCTION so those not aware of the History of your and my relationship could get partially caught up -- yes, you and I, like Sheriff Ed McMahon and I -- have kidded around several times about HAVING SEX TOGETHER:
I had the most unfortunate altercation with some kind of NAZI/Christian NHRMC Police Officer, that was actually a HUGE MISUNDERSTANDING, and THANK GOD, I called and left a six-minute message on Susan's voicemail in their Charity Care Office (and there is NO WAY she could have retrieved it and given it to Security before Officer D. Watson -- a White guy, unlike the Officer I had it with), who called me at 3:36 PM and we spoke for 9:53 -- seventeen minutes after I emailed Susan a fuller explanation, which I have not changed:
I called Officer Watson back twenty minutes later to get some clarity -- which he gave.
He told me these things, despite me apologizing to HIM for my going nuts on the Black Officer, but he said that didn't matter, that HE had already "trespassed me", which made no sense to me, since the COMMON MEANING is if you tell me specifically not to enter your property -- or is it posted as such for everyone -- then if I go on it I am trespassing.
No one had told me I was FORBIDDEN to enter the Charity Care Office vicinity, and that Officer did not specifically tell me to leave.
1. I am not allowed to enter ANY NHRMC or NHRMC Physicians Group -- on UNLABELED medical offices that in any way associate with our only hospital -- so ALL DOCTORS who ever work at or put patients into our Hospital, I will be ARRESTED and Prosecuted for 2nd Degree Misdemeanor Trespass.
2. This includes going to the Out-Patient Pharmacy -- to pick up my Heart Meds -- to pay a bill, or anything except PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED Medical Services.
3. I'm afraid to go to such a HOSTILE NAZI CHRISTIAN HOSPITAL for the required removal of part of my Colon in two weeks -- I may cancel every damn bit of it and all my relations with ALL my Wilmington Doctors -- and just hope the giant growth does not turn CANCEROUS.
I bet YOUR NAZI/Christian, Drug-Trafficking ASS would LOVE THAT, no???
4. Knowing that NC Restraining Orders can only be for a maximum of a year, I asked him HOW LONG it lasts, and he said "Indefinitely", so for clarity I asked if until I die -- and he CONFIRMED THAT!!!
5. I told him several times that I expect to bring charges against him/his Police Force/NHRMC, and each time he told me I CANNOT DO THAT UNDER NC LAW - but MANY Lawyers have told me that in NC anyone can sue anyone else for ANYTHING -- but that doesn't mean you will WIN when it gets to Court.
6. Officer D. Watson said that what he had CONVICTED ME OF and the PUNISHMENT HE DECIDED WAS FAIR FOR ME -- was APPROVED by his Supervisor, Sgt. Buszko.
GOOD NEWS: Any questions from above are rhetorical -- here comes what I need to know about:
You being the top NC Law Enforcement Officer in the County, under WHAT LEGAL AUTHORITY does the NHRMC Police Force operate, and HOW can they PRONOUNCE ME GUILTY without a hearing of any sort in which I can defend myself???
If the Law only allows R.O.s for up to a year, how can they -- without hearing or appeal -- forbid me to enter any of these properties UNTIL I DIE???
And WHAT Office or NC Department -- with contact info, please -- is over them so I can have them INVESTIGATED about this action???
At least I can't blame YOU for this MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE!!!
Now, I remind you of the action you NEVER undid -- despite your several promises -- that only RECENTLY did I learn that Barack Obama and the then Mayor of Chicago, Rahm Emanuel essentially stole my MOST VALUABLE PROPERTY in 2013:
