1. I went to Benefits Management, Inc., this morning and completed a final close-out of my former roommate's tenancy with me. It was a little contentious, but we came to very reasonable agreement, and I returned the balance of August's rent, less the six days rent, and excess cleaning and replacement costs for damaged items.
I FELT like I'd been a fool to agree when he moved in that he could move out without notice and suffer no penalty -- as well as be refunded rent for the remainder of the month. But that was the only way that would be fair to a person with Roommate's Schizophrenia and Dyslexia, so I just had to kiss goodbye the $349.00 rent for the balance of August after he left on the 6th -- it would have COVERED the $320.00 I need to replace my windshield, cracked by a PINE CONE that falling out a a VERY TALL pine, green and heavy, and must have hit a "stress point" in the glass, because I don't think pine cones can normally crack safety-glass!!!

St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Wilmington, NC fed me and many other homeless people (and they still do), while I was homeless in 2011 and 12 -- and they had both BLACKS AND WHITES among their volunteers who served the food.
Curtis "Robby" Anderson not only is famous for playing his TRUMPET at weddings and Christmas Concerts of ALL KINDS here in Wilmington -- but he is ALSO in the Music Ministry at St. Paul's!!!

He will check the readings I just had sent from my Pacemaker's Broadcast Base, and then I MIGHT have to (soon enough -- not an emergency), check into the Hospital for 72 hours so I can be CLOSELY MONITORED in adding a new medication.
OBVIOUSLY, there are some SERIOUS RISKS -- but the vast majority of people tolerate it fine -- and then claim to feel 80% better on this drug than before taking it. Also, it is HIGHLY EXPENSIVE (to people in the NAZI USA, only), but they have a program that makes it very REASONABLE that continues for years.
In the process of all of this, Dr. Prafel N. Patel casually mentioned my "flights of mind" -- something only CHRISTIAN DRUG-TRAFFICKING and/or WHITE SUPREMACIST DOCTORS like Frederick H. Opper, MD ever claim.
