This is the STUPIDEST IDEA I ever heard of!!! Not only did the City of Wilmington TRY THIS BEFORE -- when I was homeless here in 2011 and 2012 -- and with EIGHT STATIONS around town they only collected a FEW HUNDRED DOLLARS in two years -- but UNITED WAY has ALWAYS HAD HUGE OVERHEAD COSTS (plush jobs to reward Political Allies with Management Positions), and NO ONE who hopes to GIVE ANYTHING TO THE CAUSE EVER donates to United Way -- LOL!!!
