Luke Waddell is the ONLY HONEST REPUBLICAN/CHRISTIAN in the group -- NEW to City Council, he got the MOST VOTES because his HUGE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS (like Saffo and Rivenbark also use THEIR HUGE real estate businesses), is MOSTLY TO LAUNDER DRUG MONEY!!!
The PROBLEM is that after all of these residents had been forced to move out, the Government sent Wilmington TONS OF MONEY to put up HOMELESS PEOPLE in HOTEL ROOMS (reportedly MANY have had their walls punched out and other Drug Mafia destruction), Katrina Knight, Exec Dir of the Good Shepherd Center, the BIGGEST DISTRIBUTION CENTER of HEROIN in Wilmington, then, and Katrina had posted a "WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE" poster of me in 2011 -- because I was interfering with her HEROIN DISTRIBUTION.

But except for a few mentally ill and stubborn homeless people who REFUSED to move out of their camps, the HOMELESS have been mostly CLEARED from Wilmington's streets and their BIGGEST HAUNTS -- including the Downtown Library.
So this TUESDAY, New Hanover County Commissioners are to vote on a proposal to RESTRICT THE USE OF ALL COUNTY PROPERTY by homeless people!!!
I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH THIS!!!
When I was homeless here in 2011 and 2012, the Library was always PACKED WITH HOMELESS PEOPLE -- the Muslims quietly studied, while the CHRISTIANS were interested in trading drugs there, often STUNK TO HIGH HEAVEN from not showering, and were OBNOXIOUS to regular people.
The SOLUTION might be to buy the deserted but in decent condition old Mercy House Homeless Shelter on Red Cross Street just west of Fifth Avenue!!! Let it be a RAINY-DAY and TOO COLD OR HOT DAY hangout for the Homeless!!!
