Democrat Zapple told the outlet it didn’t “sit well” with him to take a raise at the same time property owners were paying more taxes, which he and Hays also expressed at the meeting on June 7 before voting against the budget.

What is SO BIZARRE is that for many reasons, UNCW has NEVER HAD A FOOTBALL TEAM that competes with other schools. And ALL that I can figure, is since I MET about FOUR of these guys in David's gay bar on Market Street in about 1982, and they invited me to an ORGY (the only time I've had sex with more than four other people), which was on Wrightsville Beach in the first group of big condos after turning left toward Johnnie Mercers fishing pier.
Readers will ALSO RECALL that when my parents moved to Columbus, Ohio in 1968 to live across the street from Coach Lou Holtz and his wife Beth to PLAN the NAZI TAKEOVER of the USA by the Republican Party as commanded by Pope John Paul II, I DID play on Whetstone High School's Varsity Basketball Team (rather badly), and learned that head coach Jim Ferrell had -- the year before -- walked in on the Varsity players in the showers -- ALL OF THEM in a GAY ORGY!!!
Well. I MISSED THAT -- but the star Center and his Point-Guard boyfriend tried to get me into a THREEWAY, but I was still unsure of my sexuality and declined -- only due to my FEAR!!!
