This work crew only works at 200% without breaks for four hours per day, so also worked today and will finish tomorrow. They left at 1:00 PM, yesterday, and minutes later, Robert "Rob" James McKinney, Jr., stopped down to share a BLUNT and transact a little LEAFIE BUSINESS.
ALL of those in apartments one and two here have minimal low-pay jobs -- and sell pot and hard drugs all around town. Jack and Kat upstairs are smart enough not to get ADDICTED, but Rob is a VERY BAD ADDERALL ADDICT, and in fact the CARPENTER has known Rob awhile and said he's the NICEST PERSON you could KNOW -- but is DERANGED IN THE MIND -- both TRUE!!!
But with HALF of Wilmington's Population -- Street People up to the TOP POLITICIANS and CHRISTIAN MINISTERS being DRUG-TRAFFICKERS -- and half of THOSE too INTOXICATED to FUNCTION WELL, I have NO INTENTION of legally SCREWING any of the three of them -- they are NICER THAN MOST CHRISTIANS, and supply ME with QUALITY GOODS at REASONABLE PRICES.
THEN, TEN MINUTES after Rob began smoking his blunt in my living room, the POWER WENT OUT -- despite the fact there was NO STORM or HIGH WINDS -- over 17,000 Customers were without power until 5:30 PM -- and then 720 (including my part of town), continued without power until 9:00 PM.
PERHAPS STRANGEST is that Duke Power claimed it had NO IDEA what caused the outage -- and it wasn't hot enough to overload things from A/C. They only disclosed that they were working on it "several places", and published a MAP of OUTAGES in town that shows SEVERAL OUTAGE AREAS -- but they were OVERLAPPING -- when areas of Power Connections DON'T OVERLAP -- but are NEXT TO each other.
