The emails were released under court order Wednesday to the conservative legal advocacy group Judicial Watch, which has sued the State Department over access to public records related to the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee's service as the nation's top diplomat between 2009 and 2013.
The emails, reviewed by The Associated Press, show that State Department technical staff disabled software on their systems intended to block phishing emails that could deliver dangerous viruses. They were trying urgently to resolve delivery problems with emails sent from Clinton's private server.

That has NEVER happened before, and indicates I've got ANOTHER ONE going VIRAL -- THANKS to all my Loyal Readers!!!

I had a nice long phone call with my mother in Raleigh -- concerning my going there for a meal with Mom and my two sisters on 4th of July Weekend -- but spent MOST of our time discussing "Testosteroni's" stubborn (and not explained to me so I can understand), anti-social behaviors (the NICEST way I can think to put it).
I'll get into details on this, last.
4. So I trotted into town, brandishing my Cable bill (which I found in with my TONS of paid medical bills), to take to Benefits Management, Inc. All American Bonding had a HELP WANTED sign, so I stopped in for five minutes to chat -- LOL!!!
I'm sure my Readers know WHAT I would stop to chat about -- and the woman I spoke with agreed, the Sheriff's Deputies are FAR MORE PROFESSIONAL than the frequently drug-addicted Wilmington Police!!! I even mentioned what I realized last night: NO Wilmington Police Officer has been able to look me IN THE EYES since late last summer. Sheriff's Deputies are almost as chummy with me as FAMILY (REGULAR Family -- NOT mine -- LOL!!!).
5. I actually crossed paths with FIVE guys (in four parties), I was homeless with in 2011 - 12, and ALL of them are doing much better!!!

Like the last two times I've run across her, she walked like she had "THE THORAZINE SHUFFLE", and I suspect she is BACK on major meds for Bipolar Disorder -- which is what she told me she is on Disability for -- but was NOT taking them when I lived two doors from her in Carolina Apartments last summer -- selling me marijuana, and offering every OTHER kind of hard illegal drug, and opiate pills as well.

I explained to Mom how he's gone into some kind of self-pity, when all I did was question his ability to THINK -- not cause him any problems, like he keeps trying to cause me (including my death), but he keeps sending MONEY, so it makes NO SENSE -- and I fear he's gone SENILE (he's 83 or so years old, and only lives to read books, watch movies, and make his cock spurt).
You see, he only sent me $65.00 for my birthday this year, and the BIG BUNCH of money he sent for the month of JULY, will be spent before the end of JUNE. I got another bill for $209.00, and have a dentist visit ($100.00 - $125.00 -- assuming NO cavities, etc.), July 6.
I HAVE paid EVERY OTHER BILL (including the cash part of rent, car yearly and semi-yearly costs, etc.). OH -- and Dr. Bridger's Office (he's my primary care), NEVER called back since I left message saying I need more Savaysa ($300.00/month, and I DID research it), so I guess he can't give me any more FREE SAMPLES.
I'm already $300.00 in "the Hole" -- although the GOOD NEWS is that I've ALREADY paid for so many once-only costs.
I suppose I'll hear from Testosteroni eventually -- but if not in a day or two, I'll call his landlord, Bruce A. Kapner. Mom INSISTS that Testo is "just old", but this is what people call DEMENTIA (I really don't think he INTENDS to harm me -- his BRAIN just isn't working right, anymore).
