When Randall's FIRST book was published in 1989, I was attracted by its COVER and TITLE, then nearly PASSED OUT when I saw my last name on it -- LOL!!!
I should ALSO MENTION that Randall Kenan has been "sleeping with the enemy" for years and YEARS, now -- employed by the HYPER RACISTS at both UNC Chapel Hill, and the Kenans -- AGAIN -- at Sewanee Writers Conference: http://sewaneewriters.org/.
It was Randall Kenan who told me that the VERY PEOPLE from there who had participated in the celebration of Tennessee Williams's Poet's Stone in Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine in Manhattan in fall 2009 -- who read Tennessee's POETRY as if it were an EXCEL SPREAD SHEET, were all ENTIRELY TONE DEAF to Literature of ANY KIND -- LOL!!!

As a point of Wilmington HISTORY, when the friends of Justin LaNasa, FAILED Republican Mayoral Candidate (2011 -- the LAST of the Republicans to try to unseat Mayor Bill Saffo), were trolling me on busy Wilmington streets claiming I HAD MOLESTED THEIR SONS -- but REFUSED to prosecute me, claiming they had MORE FUN to have with me than that, so Chief Public Defender Jennifer Harjo (the ONLY good Republican in town whom I've ever heard of -- although a part of me would like to like Beth Dawson), got me into a "dry out tank" to hide away from them for a break, it was because Justin's friends who hung out in Hard-Wire Tattoo parlor on Front Street were ALSO hacking my computer, and CLAIMING that my ENDORSEMENT of Randall Kenan's book Let the Dead Bury Their Dead, PROVED I was a "Satan Worshiper", because that is an IDENTIFYING SENTENCE used by Devils to locate other Devils -- LOL!!!

Sherman Lee Criner MOLESTED a young girl in Thalian Hall (antebellum theater attached to Wilmington City Hall), eight or ten years ago, and the Wilmington Star News reported -- repeatedly -- that Police Chief Ralph Evangelous's cops INTIMIDATED the girl's father into NOT pressing charges.

Judge Criner committed SEVERAL CRIMES against me -- in her capacity as Judge. NOT ONLY did she APPROVE the FALSE COMMITMENT PAPERS against me that were filed by my ROOMMATE, then, who unbeknownst to me was a HUGE CRACK ADDICT:
Brenda McKnight in the backyard of the house I rented a room from her in.
Gerald Austin-Wynn was Brenda's CRACK DEALER and a friend of Judge Criner.
She later had a Deputy chase me down on the street to RETURN, after she found them, and instead of their having to RE-FILE, Criner opened the case as if it had not already been dismissed -- and found for the plaintiffs.
I then petitioned the higher Courts Authority, and they said THERE WAS NO CRIME because there was no PROOF of Judge Criner doing this -- although the courtroom had a sign saying ALL procedures were audio/video taped -- and a Court Stenographer had worked her machine through the WHOLE HEARING!!!

I just checked Danny's Facebook Page, and found that even though he is STILL IN PRISON, his wife (or someone friendly toward him), has begun ADDING POSTINGS -- to COVER so no one knows Danny is STILL IN PRISON -- and WEIRDLY, it shows Danny STILL IN WILMINGTON, despite he, his wife and child, and his parents-in-law ALL moved back to California in June 2015.

At the door to our building as the Recruiter waited for Bird (William something), to show, I explained how I work with Colin Powell's people and General Russel Honore' (and three ex-Presidents of Mexico), to BUST my Kenan relatives who control Exxon-Mobil, Coca-Cola, Bank of America, www.theKAG.com, the Ku Klux Klan and the Clinton/Cheney/Bush White Supremacists and Narco-Traffickers -- which put a HUGE smile on his FACE!!!
And as Bird was getting into the Recruiter's car, he said he was THINKING about joining the Army. ALSO AT THAT EXACT TIME, Feron Celia's (short for "Interferon" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interferon???), closest platonic male friend -- Feron having the lease on the apartment, and Bird her "wandering boyfriend" -- waited in a car across the street, perhaps for the malicious Bird to be taken off before approaching the apartment.
Bird had told me a month or so ago, that this scrawny white kid had had to MOVE OUT (the three of them living together most of the time I've been here), but DRIVING the car that Senor Scrawny sat in, was the heavy-set white woman, whom I had WALKED IN ON having sex on the STAIRS with ANOTHER "GIANT-DICKED" black guy, stuck RIGHT UP HER ASS!!!

Well, as you might imagine, the neighbors are PLEASED AS PUNCH that Bird is moving out (which is NOT yet certain). But as ONE wag-with-major-CLOUT said, "I HOPE he's sent to Afghanistan -- Bird would NEVER survive THAT!!!"
Well, since the draft was done away with years ago, the US Army is where those escaping a ROUGH young life, reduced circumstances, problems with drugs, racial discrimination, and other difficulties, have gone and been MADE INTO MEN (similar for women), WITHOUT regard to Race, Creed, etc. -- and I BET they make a FINE MAN our of Mr. Bird!!!
LEST WE FORGET: The original Kinsey Report of about 1948 -- taken BEFORE Christian Conservatives began focusing on homosexuality -- showed that 38% of adult American men acknowledged having sex to completion with another adult male at least ONCE since becoming adult.
So while BEHAVIORS are not likely to have changed so much as HONESTY when being surveyed -- because NO ONE trusts the privacy of "private polling" anymore, AT ALL!!!
