My name is Scott David Kenan, and in 2010 for just over half a year, and again from April 2012 - June 2015, with the help of Secretary of State Colin Powell's retired Chief Protocol Officer, Army Col. Dorothy Newman, I fled from Stone Mountain, GA to Political Exile mostly in Puerto Vallarta -- because I had discovered that my immediate family with my then employer of 20 years, Patrick Lee Stansbury (now dead of a drug overdose), of https://www.pentagon-usa.us/ and https://www.topgrad.com/index.htm, and the Republican Party, CIA, and FBI, were distributing all the Hard Drugs flown into Maxwell AFB, where we had three legitimate advertising contracts.
I crossed the border at Laredo every six months to renew my Tourist VISA, and even was debriefed in Nuevo Laredo by the Mexican Marine who had captured El Chapo Guzman the first time -- before he escaped. I was often debriefed on Drug Trafficking by Mexican Army and Marines Officers as I drove to and from Puerto Vallarta. I was even held captive by two of El Chapo's sons, Martin Guzman and Alberto Guzman, in P.V. for five weeks -- and THEY told me that El Chapo partnered with Rahm Emanuel and President Obama in Drug Trafficking -- but Obama was in it because Rahm Emanuel and George W. Bush had blackmailed him over his lifetime membership to Man's Country gay bathhouse in Chicago.
Anyway, one Mexican I met (and had a torrid sexual affair with), Martin (not Guzman), was captured crossing at Laredo and held in jail in Texas for half of his one-year sentence before being released back to Mexico. He told me that his "Godfather" not only worked with US Congressman Henry Cuellar, but also owned all of the land around the large Border Inspection Station several miles north of town, and they back-packed drugs around it -- Cuellar being certain they were not reported by arial surveillance, etc.
Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer are two of Cuellar's biggest fans, and I have documented much of their corruption -- but it is not nearly as bad as that of the Bush Family that controls the "Christian" CIA and is Partnered with my Kenan relatives who today control EXXON-MOBIL, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, the Ku Klux Klan, Kenan Advantage Group, nearly the entire Republican Party and the Clinton/Biden Democrats.
In 2017, George Bush's cousin Bill Toups found and visited me here in Wilmington, and we were up all night discussing how the Bushes and Kenans have controlled International Drug Trafficking for generations, now.
The Power Structure in Wilmington -- including both Political Parties -- is thoroughly Drug-Corrupted (although very recently, better, new people have been elected). Our Sheriff, Democrat Ed McMahon, recently turned Republican and was a FEATURED GUEST at Trump's second Inauguration, actually told me in 2015 which Black "Christian" Pastors he did Drug Business with!!!
He even got the local Knights of Columbus (Catholic service group), to march through Wilmington wearing Trump Gear, Swastikas, and Crosses of Jesus -- telling Blacks they would soon slaughter them!!! I was furious, and wrote my first Letter to Pope Francis begging him to call those dogs off -- and he DID, and since then both he and Pope Leo have CONDEMNED supporting MAGA-style politicians!!!
Yes, I'm a TROUBLE-MAKER!!!
I hope you can use some of my information to confront US Authorities who are acting against our Constitution and Body of Laws -- or to lead you to ACTIONABLE EVIDENCE of crimes.

Hi Ben and Jon,
Jon might remember me as the 6' 9" guy with white hair who spoke with you the night you gave questions to all of the Dem. candidates for Mayor and City Council last fall. Afterwards, I asked you if Frances Weller was who did the then-running "Emu-Limo" ad for Liberty Insurance that featured a beautiful Black couple leaving a "high-class" venue and they end up in the stretch limo. You said no, Frances never does that kind of thing.
I'm writing to say that I caught some of the program last night on News TV and more on the internet this morning -- and I think you looked great, but I didn't see most, so can't say you didn't ask penetrating questions. I hope you did!!!
I'm dealing with a new "Diabetic Ulcer" on my foot (even though I don't have Diabetes), caused by my NAZI Mother forcing me to take Lithium Carbonate for 31 years to shut me up about her Traitorous activities that included setting up the Republican/Christian Drug Mafias in Wilmington with Nixon's Aide John Ehrlichman and Father Robert J. Kus, then Pastor at St. Mark's Catholic in the 1980s and 1990s. She set them up in Atlanta, GA as well, but all of that is detailed in my blog: The Weather Continues . . .
Sorry, if I seem to be giving you the MOST trouble, Ben -- but you first came wanting to interview me over coffee -- and then you backed out -- because you were told that all Wilmington Press made a deal never to give me or my ideas any press attention until another one of that bunch had done so (LOL!!!). But what they DIDN'T tell you is that both TV-6 and TV-3 had interviewed me when I was homeless in Wilmington in 2011 and 2012 during protests at the base of Market Street and also at City Hall, and at least one of them ran that story for a WEEK -- my cousins telling me they had seen it every night!!!
And, when we bumped into each other on 2nd Street after you parked to go to work a couple of years ago, you said YOU were not angry with me for my blogging, but that TOP CIA Agent Kevin Maurer WAS VERY ANGRY!!!
Grow some BALLS -- and I'm over my crush on you, but not on Kevin (LOL!!!).
Also, I grabbed Mayor Saffo to tell him honestly that he would get my vote (yes, he's corrupted but FAR BETTER than anyone the Republicans have put up). We even flirted sexually (again) -- as I did with former D.A Benjamin R. David who has promised to get my Memoir of working for Tennessee Williams's copyright back from those who stole it: D.A. Ben David (via his Legal Intern Jeffrey Duncan), with Prez Obama, then Sect of State Clinton, Fox News and their Chicago Lawyer Daliah Saper, plus then Wells Fargo Advisors EXEC from Chicago Jamie Lee Sutherland, who was trying to sell me his house in Mismaloya, Mexico right by where the film of The Night of the Iguana was made.
And NOW, having just seen the Mayor of Laredo, TX on MSNOW, complaining of how ICE is dumping tons of captured immigrants into his town and OVERWHELMING THEM, I need to write him as I know many Mexican Drug Mafia who bought off Dem. Congressman Henry Cuellar and they own all the land within miles of the Border Checkpoint, so backpack the drugs around it. Once, Border Guards there bought me LUNCH -- because I told them how I knew George W. Bush was a HUGE TRAFFICKER with Bill Clinton!!!
Remember too that both Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer supported Cuellar over a Dem. Challenger -- and more recently, Donald Trump has been singing Cuellar's PRAISES.
Gotta go for now, but until my foot heals, I don't expect to be at any political events.
