"Alaska" claimed that everyone in TOWN knew that Todd Palin got it on sexually with men!!!

And since Mayor Bill Saffo has NOT apologized to me for his and his City Officials' violating my Civil Rights REPEATEDLY in 2011 and 12 -- and I've been back in town since end of June this year, so LOTS of time to do so -- I AM going to BANKRUPT the City of Wilmington's TREASURY -- and Bill Saffo and others can contribute all their NARCO-TRAFFICKING PROFITS to re-fill it even FULLER!!!

2. Then I called Joseph Faulk ("Testosteroni" -- for his addictions to injected Testosterone, daily Cialis, and "Poppers" -- so at 82 he can BEAT OFF TO PORNO -- his only known recreation). I brought up that roommate Philip Rosario, from our conversation this morning, told me he DEFINITELY has that roommate-share apartment in the Federal Probation Officer's property (he might be a "Parole" Officer, and I didn't pay enough attention), that is right near District Attorney Benjamin R. David's house -- LOL!!!
I guess our SUPER NARCO-TRAFFICKING PHILIP needs CLOSER supervision by his SPONSORING US JUSTICE DEPARTMENT -- to keep him from screwing up with people like me, no???
In any case, Phil doesn't know yet if the previous person in that place will vacate by 12/23 or 1/1 -- and it is fine with me if he stays here until the first of the year. After all, between Phil and his friend Logan have continued to supply me with minor amounts of marijuana -- WITHOUT ME EVEN HAVING TO PAY FOR IT (this last week only, and I always destroy such evidence, immediately, by FIRE!!!) -- LOL!!!
When I mentioned to Joseph Faulk that I find it FUNNY that Phil couldn't keep up paying me $420.00/month rent -- and there the rent for him is $800.00/month -- Testo replied that he FEELS (you know you have a DEVIL when he/she uses "feel" rather than "think" -- then dissociates completely from fact and logic), that Phil can't really pay $420.00 per month -- but found his moving to pay $800.00 per month "LOGICAL".
And not only all of that, Phil said he had strolled through upscale Independence Mall two days ago, and was looking to buy me a CHRISTMAS PRESENT (while also paying me the last $100.00 of December rent next Tuesday -- and $800.00 rent in his new place by 1/1/2016 (plus DAMAGE DEPOSIT) -- LOL!!!
Last time I went to Independence Mall -- I was hustled out by WHITE CHRISTIAN NARCO-TRAFFICKERS (who refused to say how they had gotten the false reports that I was abusing children -- with words)!!!
3. Phil also mentioned that a new TV Series will begin filming in Wilmington in January -- THANK GOD!!! What I learned from several old residents in town, is that the REASON our Republican Governor:
Gov. McCrory GUTTED film industry incentives BECAUSE one of his top contributors is an OWNER in the new literally "World's Largest Film Studios" being built in Georgia -- and he wanted everyone to move their business to GEORGIA and FUCK NORTH CAROLINIANS -- especially Wilmingtonians!!!
FOX NEWS claims this is the site plan in Doraville (adjacent to Atlanta) for MOON RIVER STUDIOS -- but it shows I-15, which is NO WHERE near that -- LOL!!!

4. According to MSNBC, this morning, EL CHAPO GUZMAN has declared WAR on ISIS!!!
I was -- in Nuevo Laredo while staying in the hotel mostly converted to Mexican Marines Barracks -- DEBRIEFED by top Marines -- including one who HANDS-ON captured El Chapo!!!

Bottom Line is that Rumsfeld KNEW this info would be lost in all the HORROR scheduled right after his announcement.
