Sheriff John Ingram ONLY allows prisoners a copy of the Christian Bible (in paperback), and a novel -- FORBIDDING inmates to read a Torah, the Upanishads, or the Quran!!!

ALL THESE SHERIFFS ACTIVELY HATE GOD -- and I will JAIL Ed McMahon soon enough -- because he TRICKED me into thinking he was a "Real Christian" -- he's NOT!!!

SOUTHEASTERN N.C. -- All three sheriffs in the greater Cape Fear region have voiced their support for Gov. Pat McCrory's refusal to accept Syrian refugees in the state.
McCrory joined with 26 other governors calling on President Barack Obama to cease the resettlement of additional Syrian refugees until the federal government thoroughly reviews the refugee background check process and security vulnerabilities in the wake of the Paris tragedies.

>>> FIRST A FEW UPDATES:

1. When I called the number Rudy Renfer http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2015/08/after-speaking-with-rudy-renfer.html, handed me when we met in person in Raleigh this past summer (Mike Williams of the DEA also in Raleigh: (919) 790-3004), yesterday, about 2:30 PM, I got voice-mail, explained the conversation I'd had two days before with an un-named Agent -- see: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2015/11/wilmington-dea-agent-mike-franklin-hung.html as well as: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2015/11/after-most-restful-night-ive-had-in.html -- leaving my cell number and agreement to meet with un-corrupted US Government Agents, virtually ANY time and under any conditions -- and that I will try to call them again, Monday.

2. Last night I visited my friend (and District Attorney Ben David's former part-time gardener), Dewain, in Brunswick County Detention Center. He was FIRED yesterday as a TRUSTEE, after returning from distant duty in County Facilities -- and smelling like a tobacco cigarette. Dewain protested that it was "just a legal cigarette", but the Deputies explained that THEY could lose their jobs if they did not follow the RULES, which Dewain accepted as TRUE and APPROPRIATE and is not upset in the least.

They did NOT put him into an ISOLATION CELL, as required for that, and he does not yet know if he will lose his two-weeks-early-out credit for being a TRUSTEE.

He was in VERY good spirits!!!

3. I was early and visitations were running over an hour late, so I had LONG political talks with the Deputy in charge, but MORE SO with Tony God-Win, agent for All American Bail Bonding -- the company that once bailed me out of New Hanover County Detention Center in 2011.

A TOTALLY COOL GUY!!!

Everyone there knows that the Kenan Family is the most evil at least in North Carolina -- and the nature of their WHITE SUPREMACIST and DRUG MAFIA crimes -- LOL -- and many of them are card-carrying Republicans DISGUSTED with what happened to their Party.

4. Yesterday, there were RECORD HITS to this blog -- and today is on track to BEAT THAT!!!

5. When reading ANY of my blog postings, PLEASE REMEMBER that my fave TEACHER loved to say from the Sunday pulpit: "God loves the Atheists BEST -- because they NEVER FELL FOR THE BULL SHIT!!!"

It was at Virgil Thomson's 85th birthday party in Milton Goldman's (an ICM talent agency rep), apartment that I met Virgil, David Hockney, Ethel Merman, and had my first encounter with Meryl Streep, whom I was like two peas in a pod with and partied with several other times. That and four bucks will buy you a cup of Starbuck's coffee!!! Link to that chapter in my memoir, below in comments:

Scott Kenan You are the type that hates Truth and are not afraid to prove it publicly. I have been tested by doctors and now am in process of being deeply interviewed by un-corrupted officials in the Drug Enforcement Agency -- and have ties with General Colin L. Powell and others who have saved my life in the past.

You think I name famous and accomplished people I work with as "name-dropping" -- like it makes me special -- which neither I nor they are, really. All are equal in God's Eyes.

I work with actual DOERS and you sit at a computer and spread fear and lies. But I have direct evidence of what I type -- and you have NOTHING that you have revealed, anyway -- except FEAR OF THE TRUTH like most whites, Christians, and Republicans in the USA.

I thank you for proving my point, and will include this on my blog, soon. http://scottkenan.blogspot.com

I've been awake for a couple of hours now, and it's about 4:30am. Recently, I have been troubled by the fact that I do not recognize the country I grew up loving. I do not see America in the rhetoric and fear being propagated as a presidential campaign is waged, as the world reacts to the horrific acts in Paris, as the world debates the issue of Syrian refugees. Last night a friend, who I have known, loved and respected for a long time, posted that people who voted for President Obama should take in a Syrian refugee. I responded that I would be happy to take in another human being in need. Another friend shared a post that said something to the effect of wishing rather to die in a pool of their own blood than to live thinking they refused to care for someone in need. (Thanks, Bentley.)
I have a little experience with lying in one's own blood at the hands of another. I am not ignorant of the fear experienced because a gun was pressed against my head, as I was bound naked and wet, being told I was going to die. I believed it. They hated us because we did not look like them and we were gay. I felt fear... would it hurt to be shot in the head? Would I die quickly? Would my boyfriend be shot before me or after me? But in that moment, I still remember even now, the intense love I felt. I felt so much love for those I was with, for those who I call my family of choice, for those who were related by blood. I felt love. Not hate.
I think of the picture of the toddler Syrian boy lying on the beach, maybe three years old. I thought he was resting because he must have been tired from running from his home. He was not tired. He was dead. Face down in the surf, his hands at his sides. And I think of the people who say we should not let people like him inside our borders.
I'm not Christian, I'm an atheist. But I love the Christmas season. I love it because it is the season of love. Of hope for peace. I love it because people seem to treat each other better. To care for the homeless. For the least of these. I love it because of what it stands for. How ironic that the refugee issue presents itself as we celebrate the story of a Middle Eastern family seeking shelter and being turned away. Please think of what that Nativity Scene you erect on your lawn means this Christmas season. Mary and Joseph were looking for housing and were turned away, just as some are arguing we turn away Syrian refugees.
Fifty percent of the refugees we have welcomed from Syria have been children. Another twenty-five percent are the elderly. Since when does the United States of America turn away children and the elderly? When did we become so heartless? When did we become so scared? When did we become so cruel?
I know some will argue they want to keep their families safe. In welcoming Syrian refugees, we do not simply load up a bunch of refugees in a mini-van and drop them off at the local Ihop. I'm sharing a post that contains the facts on the screening process refugees must make it through to come to our country, from an attorney named Scott Hicks. He's a real attorney (I looked him up) and he specializes in immigration law and has for about twenty years. He is also, ironically, a Christian pastor. My guess is he wants to protect his family. And yet, he continues to advocate on behalf of refugees professionally and personally. It took me about ten minutes to make it through his description of the process. It takes the average refugee about 18-24 months, aka almost two years. (Thank you to my friend, Michael Alvear, for bringing him to my attention.)

Sex guru and CL cover star Michael Alvear, here taping his HBO syndicated TV show, The Sex Inspectorshttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Sex_Inspectors

For the production period of the series, Michael had to agree not to sculpt his brows.

>>> ADDED LATER: I first met Michael Alvear soon after I met Sean Hannity's close friend, Christal Presley, and together, Christal and I took TWO classes with Hollis Gillespiehttp://www.hollisgillespie.com/, one on finding a literary agent -- the other on blogging.

At the blogging class, held in Grant Henry's -- Sister Louisa's -- "Church" (then his "loft" in a converted warehouse in Atlanta, not yet the later BAR(S): https://www.sisterlouisaschurch.com/), Grant had a turn at teaching blogging -- and so did Michael Alvear -- a nice enough fellow, if ya like the shaved-arms-and-chest type that sculpts his eyebrows, as well.

I joke about being Grumpy Cat (and I kind of am), but it makes my heart ache to see the fear and hatred being shared lately. What is happening in the world is terrifying, no doubt. But I do not believe the answer is closing our shores to those in need. The Statue of Liberty, ironically a gift from France, reminds us to "give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses yearning to breathe free." When did America forget the spirt of love, charity and kindness? When did Americans forget how to behave like Americans? I think the answer is love. Love is the opposite of what is happening in the world. Love is stronger than hate. Love is even stronger than death.

Scott Hicks
Most of my friends know I practice Immigration law. As such, I have worked with the refugee community for over two decades. This post is long, but if you want actual information about the process, keep reading.
I can not tell you how frustrating it is to see the misinformation and outright lies that are being perpetuated about the refugee process and the Syrian refugees. So, here is a bit of information from the real world of someone who actually works and deals with this issue.
The refugee screening process is multi-layered and is very difficult to get through. Most people languish in temporary camps for months to years while their story is evaluated and checked.
First, you do not get to choose what country you might be resettled into. If you already have family (legal) in a country, that makes it more likely that you will go there to be with family, but other than that it is random. So, you can not simply walk into a refugee camp, show a document, and say, I want to go to America. Instead, the UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner on Refugees) works with the local authorities to try to take care of basic needs. Once the person/family is registered to receive basic necessities, they can be processed for resettlement. Many people are not interested in resettlement as they hope to return to their country and are hoping that the turmoil they fled will be resolved soon. In fact, most refugees in refugee events never resettle to a third country. Those that do want to resettle have to go through an extensive process.
Resettlement in the U.S. is a long process and takes many steps. The Refugee Admissions Program is jointly administered by the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) in the Department of State, the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) in the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and offices within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) within DHS conducts refugee interviews and determines individual eligibility for refugee status in the United States.
We evaluate refugees on a tiered system with three levels of priority.
First Priority are people who have suffered compelling persecution or for whom no other durable solution exists. These individuals are referred to the United States by UNHCR, or they are identified by the U.S. embassy or a non-governmental organization (NGO).
Second priority are groups of “special concern” to the United States. The Department of State determines these groups, with input from USCIS, UNHCR, and designated NGOs. At present, we prioritize certain persons from the former Soviet Union, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iraq, Iran, Burma, and Bhutan.
Third priority are relatives of refugees (parents, spouses, and unmarried children under 21) who are already settled in the United States may be admitted as refugees. The U.S.-based relative must file an Affidavit of Relationship (AOR) and must be processed by DHS.
Before being allowed to come to the United States, each refugee must undergo an extensive interviewing, screening, and security clearance process conducted by Regional Refugee Coordinators and overseas Resettlement Support Centers (RSCs). Individuals generally must not already be firmly resettled (a legal term of art that would be a separate article). Just because one falls into the three priorities above does not guarantee admission to the United States.
The Immigration laws require that the individuals prove that they have a “well-founded fear,” (another legal term which would be a book.) This fear must be proved regardless of the person’s country, circumstance, or classification in a priority category. There are multiple interviews and people are challenged on discrepancies. I had a client who was not telling the truth on her age and the agency challenged her on it. Refugees are not simply admitted because they have a well founded fear. They still must show that they are not subject to exclusion under Section 212(a) of the INA. These grounds include serious health matters, moral or criminal matters, as well as security issues. In addition, they can be excluded for such things as polygamy, misrepresentation of facts on visa applications, smuggling, or previous deportations. Under some circumstances, the person may be eligible to have the ground waived.
At this point, a refugee can be conditionally accepted for resettlement. Then, the RSC sends a request for assurance of placement to the United States, and the Refugee Processing Center (RPC) works with private voluntary agencies (VOLAG) to determine where the refugee will live. If the refugee does have family in the U.S., efforts will be made to resettle close to that family.
Every person accepted as a refugee for planned admission to the United States is conditional upon passing a medical examination and passing all security checks. Frankly, there is more screening of refugees than ever happens to get on an airplane. Of course, yes, no system can be 100% foolproof. But if that is your standard, then you better shut down the entire airline industry, close the borders, and stop all international commerce and shipping. Every one of those has been the source of entry of people and are much easier ways to gain access to the U.S. Only upon passing all of these checks (which involve basically every agency of the government involved in terrorist identification) can the person actually be approved to travel.
Before departing, refugees sign a promissory note to repay the United States for their travel costs. This travel loan is an interest-free loan that refugees begin to pay back six months after arriving in the country.
Once the VOLAG is notified of the travel plans, it must arrange for the reception of refugees at the airport and transportation to their housing at their final destination.
This process from start to finish averages 18 to 24 months, but I have seen it take years.
The reality is that about half of the refugees are children, another quarter are elderly. Almost all of the adults are either moms or couples coming with children. Each year the President, in consultation with Congress, determines the numerical ceiling for refugee admissions. For Fiscal Year (FY) 2016, the proposed ceiling is 85,000. We have been averaging about 70,000 a year for the last number of years. (Source: Refugee Processing Center)
Over one-third of all refugee arrivals (35.1 percent, or 24,579) in FY 2015 came from the Near East/South Asia—a region that includes Iraq, Iran, Bhutan, and Afghanistan.
Another third of all refugee arrivals (32.1 percent, or 22,472) in FY 2015 came from Africa.
Over a quarter of all refugee arrivals (26.4 percent, or 18,469) in FY 2015 came from East Asia — a region that includes China, Vietnam, and Indonesia. (Source: Refugee Processing Center)
Finally, the process in Europe is different. I would be much more concerned that terrorists are infiltrating the European system because they are not nearly so extensive and thorough in their process.

Scott Kenan Michael Baker: Reading your and Mr. Hicks's words, I feel AT HOME. The home I NEVER lost sight of that had to be out there -- but really is in the Mind (which all of us SHARE, really), and Hearts of ALL of us, and while I have never been confronted with a threatening gun, I was poisoned deliberately five times -- the first by the top operative of Walmart Corporation, who led a coalition of 20 lawyers in filing nuisance lawsuits against anyone bad-mouthing Walmart.

My stomach and intestines convulsed for hours -- long after they had been emptied, and I stood under a cold shower for 45 minutes FIGHTING to retain consciousness and certain if I lost it I would never regain it. Amy Fortenberry, who did this to me, now has remained mostly in a coma (since mid- 2010), which the doctors cannot explain -- I'm certain she was "high-tech poisoned" because she failed -- and KNEW too much. I last called her mother to see how she is doing (no change), about two years ago -- but did not tell the Mom the truth of what her daughter had done and I only wish them well.

I soon fled the USA for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on advice of Col. Dottie Newman, who had been Colin Powell's Chief Protocol officer while he was Secretary of State -- she telling me that the Republican Party (which had tried to commit me unsuccessfully five times in one month with help of my two sisters -- mind-controlled by my mother, so I don't take it personally) would now murder me -- because they could not permanently commit me (and the Dekalb County Mental Health Nurse -- I forget her name but still have her business card stashed -- confirmed this).

You see, I was raised with swastikas on the dinner plates and daily beatings -- and my parents' friends included, over the years, several Catholic Popes (Mom meeting them in person at least three times -- mostly with John Paul II -- in Rome), John Ehrlichman (Nixon's top aide), Sean Hannity's close friend Christal Presley of Atlanta, and many others, the biggest being Coach Lou Holtz who lived across the street from us in the late 1960s in Columbus, Ohio (assistant to Woody Hayes at Ohio State, then), and Mom got him his dream job of Coaching at Notre Dame for his help spreading Catholic Swastikas -- and simultaneously, her brother, Robert J. Meyer, DDS, the position of Official Dentist to the Fighting Irish.

But when Uncle Bob allowed my cousin to marry a JEW (and he was also traveling many states to watch college basketball games -- the better to see young man-flesh -- and Bob twice admitted to me he was really homosexual), it was all too scandalous, and Mom worked with allies to remove all Bob's considerable wealth, then force him into a VA Hospital in lower Mississippi (that is now closed), and forced to take double strength Lithium Carbonate, and I have Mom's handwritten notes from a few years before that that that is guaranteed to cause chemically-induced diabetes -- which Uncle Bob slowly and painfully died of -- his extremities gradually amputated due to the disease.

I sent all the notes on this to Drew Griffin of CNN -- but that NAZI network never responded to that or my calling them out on several outrageous propaganda lies they have spread over the last six years.

You see, my distant Kenan relatives are probably the wealthiest family on earth (maybe excepting a few oil shrieks in the Middle East, Kenans inheriting Henry Flagler's entire fortune in 1913, then later that of Frank Hawkins -- credited with putting the Phoenix in Atlanta. But they had landed in Wilmington, NC in the 1730s, and one branch (not mine), clear-cut S.E. North Carolina's virgin pine forests, and before the American Revolution, became the world's largest supplier of naval stores. They founded, with allies, The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, simultaneously inventing the world's first Public University and the Kenan Family Charitable Trusts have been the world's largest private support of University Education for over 100 years, now.

Like all of us, they are a mixed bag, but today are the LARGEST support of a Christian Race War -- Episcopalian, although they were Presbyterian until just after the Wilmington, NC Insurrection of 1898 -- the ONLY successful coup d'etat in US history -- running off the black folk, stealing their prosperous businesses, forcing them out of elected offices, and establishing a WHITE government. Hundreds of blacks were decapitated and their heads impaled on stakes on the peninsula at the confluence of the Cape Fear and Northeast Cape Fear Rivers -- in easy sight of downtown -- this known as "Niggerhead Point" for a couple of generations.

This was led by the then pastor of First Presbyterian (about fifty feet catercorner from my now apartment -- and EMBLAZONED with my last name all over the place). And while in Political Exile in Mexico, I was five times held hostage by Drug Mafia -- who all bragged of being part of the CIA and many as working for the Episcopal Church, USA. I have tons of saved proof of all of this -- and I've had MEGA-TONS of additional hair-raising adventures the last six years.

Yesterday, I was to be debriefed in depth by un-corrupted agents of the DEA in Raleigh (the FIRST US Government Officials who believed me and THANKED ME for my Patriotism) -- but they were not in, so I will try getting back in touch Monday -- resisting the temptation to believe THEY have since been compromised -- as has happened with MANY in the past, including Gen. Russel Honore', whom I had two meetings with at The Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival this past March -- HE knowing all about my rich Kenan relatives running the Drug Mafia in Atlanta -- and their White Supremacy Race War plans.

But Russel was compromised by Al Gore -- now a shill for Exxon-Mobil, and while Russel knew that Cheney's Halliburton actually was responsible for the oil well failure in the Gulf -- as CNN and others reported until the CIA quickly made them place the blame on BP -- even Huffington Post (and others at the time), had reported that Al Gore and Rahm Emanuel (whose degree is as a ballet dancer and he never took an Economics course -- but is actually Israeli Drug Mafia), WITH Barack Obama, former L.A. Mayor Villaragosa met in 2008 and sold Obama to Wall Street and Big Bankers -- Bill Clinton killing his wife's chances for President even before the primaries began), SOLD Obama to Big Banks and Wall Street.

It was only at his first Inauguration that George W. Bush sprung on our President that they had all the proof of his voluminous gay life -- and THAT is how they blackmailed him into protecting the Republicans/CIA/State Department world-wide hard-drug trafficking.

I have a friend who saw Obama in his private gay bathhouse in Chicago several times -- with and without Rahm Emanuel. When I blogged about that, a lawyer in Chicago who is also a talking head on Fox News, sued me falsely for LIBEL without serving me and convicted me in Cook County Courts without ANY DEFENSE OF ME while I was next to homeless in Puerto Vallarta -- stealing my copyright to my memoir of working for Mr. Williams, as well as copyright to ALL my emails and blog postings on this and related subjects UNTIL THE DAY I DIE. NAZI GAG ORDER!!!

I have published a scan of this Court Order on my blog, and will get it overturned when I find the funds to go to Chicago to do so. The Courts Inspector there told me it will be EASY once I get there -- but I have to be prepared to fight delays in Court and remain there until complete -- then sue them for a fortune. Today, I have been building bridges with my family -- especially Mom, the only one of them who consciously tried to have me murdered many times.

I feel only Love and Empathy for people so fearful and desperate to prop up a world built on Fear and Lies. And I will publish a series of books on the REAL backstory of my HATE-FILLED Kenan Family and its relationship to American Politics -- and of other countries -- I met a recently retired exec of Exxon-Mobil in Puerto Vallarta (less than a year ago), who confirmed what all Mexicans will tell you: Exxon with the CIA put Presidente Enrique Peña Nieto into power to get both the OIL and the DRUGS.

I even met George W. Bush's top money launderer, Martin Lamb, in Colima, Colima, Mexico -- he spilling the beans on GW Bush flying jets loaded with $100 bills of narco-cash to launder/invest from his private island with jet port off Panama -- because when he heard I was related to Thomas S. Kenan III of Chapel Hill, he ASSUMED I had tons of narco-cash to invest, too!!!

I will use this entire thread on my blog -- before mailing it to my contacts -- and then post a link to the posting, below. My original blog dating back to 2008 has over 3,200 postings, now, and can be viewed here:http://scottkenan.blogspot.com .
