Hi All,

I spoke with Mom first thing this morning and told her that I've decided I have no business trying to force her to change her mind about Politics or Religion -- and she's cool with me again.

We discussed my bad edema in my right leg, and Mom agreed with me that I should remove as much salt from my diet as possible (I've never worried much about it since I keep getting excellent Lab Results), exercise by walking on it more (in the cooler part of the day), keep it raised up when I can. If no improvement soon, then I go to the doctor. Because of my strong blood thinners, it is all but impossible that it is caused by a blood clot -- which could easily be fatal if it moved to my heart.

I stocked up on liquid, fruited yogurt (Kefir to Gringos; Liquido to Mexicanos), and bananas for breakfast, and fish-on-sale, etc., to eat more like the "Mediterranean Diet" -- which is mostly how I ate before Colin Powell's people had to get me to Political Exile in Puerto Vallarta when Patrick Stansbury and my immediate family were lying to everyone that I had Bipolar I and needed immediate commitment. 

This should help me lose 10 - 20 pounds, too!!! I mentioned to Mom that when family began helping me with $125.00/week, Mike soon dropped out of helping completely (except for special occasions and needs), I was cut off completely for several weeks, then it resumed at $83.00/week -- and I've asked for less and less as I've used Government COVID money to cover those expenses, I STILL have not bought the clothes and sandals I need out of caution -- and so far have spent half of the $1,400.00 that Biden sent -- and that pad of money makes me feel far more secure!!! How would any of YOU feel if that was ALL YOU HAD TO YOUR NAME???

So since there's been much inflation since then (and I get those small COLA increases to Social Security), I'm to the point where I almost never get a hamburger from Wendy's or similar -- they never have coupons anymore since they are too cheap to pay employees a living wage and can't hire enough workers to keep the dining rooms open all the time!!! Mom said that even though she's cut over $1,000.00/year from her expenses recently by cancelling the newspaper (that seems too high to me, but Mom must have subscribed to more than she ever looked at), and could afford to send me a few more dollars/week, she said I only fritter all of the money I get away -- largely by eating too often in restaurants. 

WHERE does she get THESE IDEAS???

Under the new COVID restrictions, all of the counties in the Lower Cape Fear MUST enforce MASKS indoors for EVERYONE -- except mine, New Hanover. Funny is that the Dem School Board here already mandated masks for all kids in school this fall (but are not required to do so by the new policy). ALL the other nearby counties are run by Republicans and TWO of them passed Laws FORBIDDING children, teachers, and staff to wear masks in schools -- so there will be MANY BATTLES between those "Christians" and the new requirements -- HA!!!

We'll SEE about this alleged deal for an Infrastructure Bill -- Jake Tapper of CNN GRILLED Pete Buttigieg's Episcopal/Drug Trafficking ASS this afternoon (Pete kept lying and gaslighting him and Tapper got sort of pissed) -- because the Dem Chairman of the House Transportation Committee was SHUT OUT of negotiations on it and it is far too small -- and he was CUSSING Senate Dems and Joe Biden!!! 

He plans to take the other Progressive Dems and SINK THIS BILL if it passes the Senate and they send it to the House. But who knows who will pay off whom to pass it -- or maybe they can't.

BTW: Mom watched NOTHING of the House Hearings yesterday. Her head is STILL UP HER BUTT.

DOES ANYONE REALLY BELIEVE A DEMOCRAT CAN WIN BY TRYING TO APPEAL TO REPUBLICANS? IT'S A FANTASY

Over the weekend I ran a very bland Facebook ad for my Congressional campaign. It reached almost 5000 people in New Hanover and Brunswick Counties. It went over quite well with Democrats and likely unaffiliated voters. However, I offer you "Exhibit A," a screen shot sampling of what the Trumpian cultists had to say. And this isn't even the worst of it.

I will repeat over and over again. The way to defeat David Rouzer is not by trying to "hug it out" and make "kumbaya" with Republicans, but to have Democrats and left- and center-leaning Unaffiiliateds turn out in record numbers. That's something we CAN ACCOMPLISH.

BUT, we DO still have THIS to worry about:

Today's Hearing featuring four people from Law Enforcement and what they have experienced surprised me by how powerful it was -- and emotional for EVERYONE. 

If it DIDN'T turn the tide of American Understanding of how close we are to ABSOLUTE CHRISTIAN NAZISM, then it is TOO LATE!!! What this means is that the Patriots don't need me feeding them my info -- they are doing WELL ENOUGH ON THEIR OWN -- and I can get to WRITING BOOKS.

I'm thinking that my first one -- a survey of my experience of the last 15 or so years and how I've been tied to SO MANY OF THE BIGGEST PROBLEMS in the USA and my Kenan Family's place in it (and Tennessee Williams's, too). The first title that comes to mind is EXPRESSING MY BOILS: (followed by a descriptive sub-title).

As far as my mother goes, she proved to me that she wishes to remain in her own private world of fears, hatred, lies, and aggression -- and while Mom THINKS she is acting on Roman Catholic Values -- she is IN TOTAL ERROR as anyone reading Pope Francis's statements knows (no, he feels constrained by centuries-long precedent of teaching and WON'T change official teaching about Gays).

Pope Francis told Catholics that Donald Trump and his Republicans' ACTIONS are FAR MORE EVIL than abortion -- meaning it was OK to vote for Joe Biden, and in fact he PUSHED THAT but could not name Biden.

Here on Spofford Circle, my FAVE MARIJUANA SUPPLIER, Robert "Rob" James McKinney, Jr., stopped by mid-afternoon. His pits reeked at only HALF VOLUME for a change, and he said he was VERY HUNGOVER and in recent evenings has been drinking either Whiskey or Vodka STRAIGHT -- sometimes until he can only crawl. He asked me to give him a cup of ice water -- as he had NO CUPS or other drinking vessels in his apartment -- and NO ICE!!!

He said he'd gone upstairs to Jack and Kat's apartment first -- but Jack met him at the door in his pajamas and could not wake up. They, TOO, have been getting TOTALLY SCHNOCKERED every night -- and Rob AGAIN said the three of them deal TONS OF DRUGS TOGETHER.

And then he asked if he could use my pipe to smoke some pot -- it was already 2:30 PM and a WORLD RECORD as the latest he'd first smoked pot on a day in YEARS. I did not join him. 

And when he finished, he ran into my bathroom and VOMITTED. 

After he'd left with a re-filled cup of ice-water, I discovered he'd left the toilet FULL OF WADDED-UP TOILET PAPER that I had to PLUNGE to get it all to flush!!!

I've realized that my energy is low and I am slightly less steady on my feet -- due to the horse-pill anti-biotics (for Shingles -- no longer bothering me), that I still have to take a couple of days more before finishing. But I ALSO have painful edema and swelling just above and everywhere beneath my right knee. It is EXACTLY like what happened to BOTH of my legs when Mayor "Bill" Saffo and City Councilman Charlie Rivenbark tried to murder me by having a SPECTRUM TRUCK knock me 12 feet out of the crosswalk in front of City Hall on February 13, 2017.

The truck CRUSHED the valves in both my veins and arteries of BOTH LEGS -- right at and below my knees. Surgery was NOT required, but it took nearly a year for them to fully heal on their own. Lawyer Brian M. Williams DENIED he ever got the reports on this -- but my Doctor had sent them Registered Mail -- so had PROOF that Bonnie Weyher's Law Firm had gotten them.

And THEN Lawyer Bruce Mason and my Kenan Cousin -- lawyer Barbara B "Bonnie" Weyher and her flunky, Brian M. Williams -- CHEATED ME out of the $20,000.00 - $40,000.00 I should have gotten WITHOUT SUING SAFFO AND RIVENBARK -- and I was FORCED to accept only $2,500.00 or be EVICTED and HOMELESS again -- and my mother and siblings were part of this scheme, too!!!

The GOOD NEWS is that we have GOOD PEOPLE running for Mayor and City Council -- and I BET THEY TAKE OUT Saffo and Rivenbark WITH EASE!!!

So NOW, I'm gonna keep relaxing -- I watched the movie Gods and Monsters, today, and it GREATLY AFFECTED ME and I SEE why my MUGGLE/NAZI/not-at-all-artistic immediate family can NEVER LOVE ME -- I threaten their EVERY VALUE -- and they value themselves ONLY as money-making cogs in the NAZI MACHINE, so since they think that makes them HAPPY -- WHY SHOULD I ROCK THEIR BOATS???

Like OTHER RELIGIONISTS, they think they just need enough MONEY to pay a POLLUTING LOCOMOTIVE to haul them to heaven -- without them learning a THING.

But getting to "Heaven" is more of a BALANCING ACT with RISK-TAKING and LEARNING -- often learning by failure.
