He and I actually made a contract for me to buy his cliff-side overlooking Mismaloya Beach "Casa Vista Los Arcos", and he told me how he, Barack Obama, and Rahm Emanuel, had lifetime memberships to Man's Country, and they ALSO did a lot of Hard Drug Trafficking together with Fox News, the Bush Family, and used Obama's NOT-secured Blackberry to communicate, and the three had email addresses I used to contact them in the format: "rooster(surname)@gmail.com".
Obama never directly answered me, but Rahm Emanuel did twice -- once to threaten my life. All this to take me to Court on false charge of Libel -- because I blogged about that, and Jamie's Bank's laundering Drug Money -- hell, the same year the Chicago Regional office of W.F. was fined $200,000,000.00 -- a record amount -- for laundering Drug Money.

Holy CRAP!!! When my boyfriend Jeff Work and I drove from Denison University (central Ohio), to Manhattan for a long weekend, and Jeff had arranged for us to stay in Jill Krementz and Kurt Vonnegut's apartment while they were out of town, we went to the Continental Baths and saw Rex Reed:

We went to the Continental Baths to see a show, and Rex Reed (whom I also met years later at the NOLA Fest), was dancing between two chubby black guys -- the blacks only wearing DIAPERS!!! I then understood where the pejorative "Jungle Bunnies" came from -- LOL!!!"
I DID meet Rex at one of The Tennessee Williams & New Orleans Literary Festivals that I attended, and he helped me fine tune a lot of my Memoir (via emails afterward).
He also LOVED reading all of my Political Blog postings -- but someone told me he had DIED a couple of years ago, so I took him off my list!!!
He was one who KNEW that the principal people at the New Orleans Williams Festival protected the Episcopal Church that with the FBI, CIA, and Republican Party MURDERED Tennessee Williams and stole his estate from Harvard -- just like Jackie Kennedy Onassis had warned us at a party on January 11, 1981!!!
Rex would flirt with me shamelessly at Le Dôme's bar. He was a hoot. I once asked him if he was a frustrated director, just as gallerists are often frustrated painters. His response: Did you see what they did to me in Myra Breckinridge? - long pause- imagine the slings and arrows of me behind the lens. I can't give them that joy.
