In my experience, Todd Dillon (a Republican salesman -- here seen in 2022), has the HOTTEST DICK in the Lower Cape Fear -- he even beats Mayor Bill Saffo, former D.A. Benjamin R. David, former NC Republican State Senator Thom Goolsby, and Republican Sheriff Ed McMahon (who had testicular cancer, so now shoots blanks, they say)!!!
