W was so peculiar that although he had a wife and family, he spent much time in Gay Bars -- and knew their history here in Wilmington going back to David's on Market Street in the 1980s -- like I did!!!
I don't know where Gold Walker found him, but he did a lot of work for her in 2022, starting no later than 8:00 AM, and he had to quit before Noon because by then he was so high, he almost could not drive home. He told me that years ago, he, his sibling, and his mother, all resold additive drugs they bought "FROM THE WEALTHY KENANS OF CHAPEL HILL" (he never named them), were caught, his mother spent ten years in the Federal Pen and he and his sibling spent five years, each.
Gold didn't mention if he was working for her two weeks ago -- when he fell to his death.
And the REASON I called Gold, was because I discovered that my next-door neighbor, Chad Wagner:
Anyway, first he renovated the house be bought for a song before anyone else was allowed to bid for it -- after Sherry Hall Spivey was evicted. Sherry was WELL KNOWN to be one of the LARGEST DRUG TRAFFICKERS IN TOWN.
The house had had NO WATER or SEWER SERVICE for over a year (enough to evict anyone else -- after ONE MONTH), there were several out buildings in which huge quantities of drugs were stored or people lived on dirt floors. And I could watch nightly, as people came and went bringing and taking away large packages of Drugs. I watched several times as Wilmington Police or New Hanover County Sheriff's Deputies sat in their cars in front of my building -- GUARDING THE OPERATION!!!
My neighbors claimed they had always guarded it -- and my upstairs neighbor John "Gray" Hunter, who's lived here for twenty-some years, said the FBI also came in unmarked cars to guard it -- AND HAD DEBRIEFED GRAY ABOUT IT THREE TIMES -- but they never busted anyone.
So, after Chad Wagner bought it, he began renovating it thoroughly, taking a couple of years. He had NO PERMITS and NO ONE EVER INSPECTED the completely new water/sewer, or electrical service he installed -- but I didn't worry about that since I'd seen him being incredibly conscientious about doing it on his "DREAM HOUSE".
Then he finished off the attic, moved into that, and rented most of the downstairs to a father and son (and the son's female child). They claimed to have already bought "a house in a box", and were looking to buy a lot where they could construct it, but that was about three years ago, and they are still there, but make frequent long trips -- and I can't help thinking they RUN DRUGS!!!
Soon, Chad bought the house to the other side of him from Drug Dealers when they fled, he QUICKLY renovated it and rented it out using Air B&B and was making tons of money, and his VERY CANTANKEROUS, EVANGELICAL PARENTS used it when they occasionally visited -- (when COVID hit, his Mother flew off the porch to the open window of my car from which I figured I could safely address them, rubbed my bare arms and my neck with her hands and yelled, "THERE!!! NOW YOU GOT IT!!!") -- and then his mother had a stroke, keeping her in a wheelchair, and his father now must use a cane, so Chad ADDED an extention to the back of his house with separate kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and entrances -- with a back porch and long wheelchair ramp. His parents live there with two minders whom they pay, all day every day.
No inspections or permits, again.
I've been hearing construction sounds, and figured they were from the far side that I cannot see, but last night, DELUGED WITH MOSQUITOES (which NEVER BOTHER ME, like most people), I checked, and the privacy board fence and the trees have kept me from seeing that he's partially-built SEVERAL MORE small buildings -- and even has a DELUXE ONE-PIECE BATHROOM built in -- and the yard beyond that is FULL of MORE JUNK including old tires and treads from earth-moving equipment which he also buys and sells from his yard.
And these are PERMANENT BUILDINGS, and his is now a TOTAL JUNK YARD -- and HEALTH HAZZARD.
And Gold being the Landlord, I was GLAD that she said we need to call CODE ENFORCEMENT on him -- which I am too busy to do for a couple of days.

THEY DON'T NEED A SINGLE THING MORE TO CONVICT TRUMP (AND MOST HIGH MAGAS) of HIGH TREASON -- MANY TIMES OVER !!! !!! !!!
This also explains why EVERY NETWORK has BENT TO TRUMP'S WILL (and in Wilmington, North Carolina, CIA Agents Kevin Maurer & Benjamin Schachtman RULE and are supported by Dem. Mayor Saffo, Dem. Sheriff McMahon, and TOO MANY JUDGES -- as well as by EVERY REPUBLICAN (but maybe NOT the new District Attorney).
Also, I NEED to stop my Political Work -- I only ever wanted to PUBLICIZE MY MEMOIR -- that former Dem. D.A. Benjamin R. David with President Obama, Chicago Mayor Emanuel, Fox News, and Wells Fargo Advisors STOLE COPYRIGHT TO!!!
Ben David has TOLD ME TO MY FACE several times that he will get my copyright BACK FOR ME -- but that GOD-HATING, PRESBYTERIAN (same bunch that stole New Hanover Regional Medical Center System from CITIZEN OWNERSHIP for the Presby Church, Cameron Family, and their nCINO & Live Oak Banks!!!), is an ELDER -- his congregation, First Presbyterian, ALSO led the Wilmington Coup d'Etat -- in the person of my relative, William Rand Kenan, Sr. -- who ALSO had been the ONLY CONFEDERATE SOLDIER to take clear aim at President Lincoln inside of DC -- but missed, and killed his Aide.
Well, ONLY TURDS continue to debate whether Donald Trump and his Honchos are GUILTY OF TREASON. They should be FAIRLY TRIED and if found GUILTY -- tossed into Prison and NEVER LET OUT ALIVE!!!
