On April 6, 2024, Khila Mitchell, 1408 S. 12th Street, Wilmington, NC, signed a contract to buy my 2009 Pontiac Vibe CASH IN FULL for $2,700.00 on her next payday at the Food Lion behind the Checkers on Oleander Drive. On that date she was full of excuses, and only could pay $700.00 -- but promised to pay me the balance over her two next paydays.

THUS COMMENCED a continuing promise of payments that she always paid LESS THAN, and I foolishly had NOT googled up her and her sister's CRIMINAL PASTS!!! I signed the car over to her ownership. Eventually, I reduced her debt by $200.00 because I knew her troubles were REAL, and she promised to pay the remaining $750.00 at $100.00/week -- but I allowed that she could actually give me the money whenever she wanted -- as long as it was PAID IN FULL by October 4. 2024 (eight weeks later).

She signed a document to that effect.

TODAY, I heard THIS CRAP from her:

"OK we'll do whatever makes you happy I called you yesterday NO response twice (not according to MY phone's records!!!). I was letting you know I was going to meet up with you the week after next I been in the hospital because I had a chemical burn in my head in chapel hill been out of work for a few weeks just starting back. I would send you the pictures and discharge paperwork but you will probably post that on your blog. I do have proof on my phone and in paperwork the doctor put me out of work my face was swollen and my eyes was swollen shut couldn't see out of my eyes at all. My manger (sic) wanted me to work but when I sent her the pictures she didn't know how severe it was until she seen it. Yes if that's what you want I'm fine with it. I'll call you the week after next or if I don't call you that Thursday you call me Thursday and we can meet somewhere."

"Have a good night. I hope you post something good about my Christian self this time. Stay blessed."

CLEARLY, she must have gone to Chapel Hill and was involved in an EXPLODING METH LAB !!!
