Dear Senator Burr,
My name is Scott David Kenan of Wilmington, and I have
corresponded with you before, including my Letter of June 27, 2016, with your mailed
response to one of my Letters that I posted on my blog here: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2017/08/sen-richard-burr-sends-me-snail-mailed.html.
And I think it most appropriate that I write you, because
as Chairman of the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, you must have
the highest security clearance and know ALL of this, except things deemed
trivial. I would hate to think our Government Agencies you oversee LIE to
Committee Members.
In 2010, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, I was being trained to
sell $7,000,000,000.00 USD worth of real estate, primarily to American
celebrities – I having known many in my life – like Meryl Streep quite well,
while I worked for Tennessee Williams in 1981 – 82. I also met all of JFK’s
sisters and their husbands and met the Reagans at a White House party.
My trainer, Ruben Fernando G. Merino – a fake Mexican name,
Fernando claimed to actually be the only son of Colombia’s top Cocaine exporter
to the USA then, and working for our CIA. In fact, after signing this contract:

Fernando said I’d just signed on to work for the CIA for life – but I ignored
that, and have had HELL TO PAY ever since. Near the top of page three, the two
other non-signing principals are named. The one, I have no idea who he is, but
the other, named Hector, is a world-class engineer who worked constructing the
Chunnel between England and France, and Fernando claimed had placed a CIA
boobytrap in the Chunnel so that when the CIA wanted to fake another 9/11 style
terrorist attack, he could collapse it, but he also claimed that was FOUND and
it was why the Chunnel was shut down for a few months in 2010 to clear it out.
Fernando actually held me at Hector’s ranch near Puerto
Vallarta, there being barracks for Drug Mafia near the house and men in armored
cars, vests, and machine guns, and eventually, I got them to like me so they
didn’t notice until too late when I drove right out!!!
I was also held hostage in 2010 by two sons of El Chapo
Guzman for five weeks and learned a lot, including that El Chapo works with
Rahm Emanuel of Chicago. And I was held briefly by Benjamin Shields and his
wife in Conchas Chinas, Ben, US Special Forces gone rogue, who claimed he did a
lot of narco-trafficking for the CIA and owned about eight “Obama-Haters”
websites that CNN TV reported NO ONE could figure out who owned them and I did
by simply googling for the info.
All of these criminals then claimed to work with the
Hillary Clinton State Department, the Episcopal Church USA, and agents of
Kenan-controlled Exxon-Mobil (including Rex Tillerson and President Enrique
Pena Nieto). Also, my Facebook friend Imran Anwar, http://www.imran.com/, “The Father of
the Internet in Pakistan”, told me in 2010 that he had been a Talking Head on
both Fox News and CNN in the years around 9/11/01, and that EVERYONE at both
those networks knew at the time that Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld, etc. had
planned it, but Americans were too STUPID and CHRISTIAN to care about the truth.
In 2012, in Colima, Mexico, I met Martin Lamb by chance,
who when he learned I was a North Carolina Kenan related to Frank Hawkins Kenan
and Thomas S. Kenan III, spilled the beans that he has a jetport off Panama
where George W. Bush flies regularly in small jets loaded with $100.00 bills

I am not writing anything I have not been publishing for
years on my blog, http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com.
And as a North Carolinian, now, I will also snail-mail a copy of this letter to
Thom Tillis. I have been impressed that even though we have many Political
differences, that you have acted more professionally than most Republicans in
Congress.
Also, despite my being a Progressive Democrat, I have
suffered MORE from corrupted Democrats than Republicans, and only Republicans
have stuck their necks out for me, including Col. Dottie Newman, Secretary of
State Colin Powell’s retired Chief Protocol Officer, who was a close friend in
Atlanta in 2010, and when she saw my immediate family with my former employer,
Patrick Lee Stansbury of Pentagon Publishing, Inc in Snellville, GA (where I
worked 1990 – 2010 selling the ad space in the yearbooks for the Service
Academies, War Colleges, and Maritime Academies), try to commit me five times
in one month that spring, she helped me to Mexico for Political Exile, and she
with the Public Health Nurse of Dekalb County, GA told me it was all the
Georgia Republican Party and the CIA that were behind it -- and they would kill
me if I didn’t leave the country.
Patrick and his people distribute all the hard drugs flown
into Maxwell AFB from Maine to Florida, but especially here in Wilmington and
Atlanta – and in my two meetings with Lt. Gen. Russel Honore’ in 2015, he knows
how the Kenan Family controls the Drug Trafficking in Atlanta.
Well, I am 6’ 11” tall, so HOW could I ever hide –
especially among short Mexicans??? I got in everyone’s face instead, and my
blog has now had over 1.3 million registered hits, not bad since I have no
celebrity.
My current concern is that I am in a stand-off with the
Power Structure here in Wilmington (nearly all of them Democrats), because I
know of D.A. Ben and his brother Jon’s narco-trafficking – as well as that of
Mayor Bill Saffo, Councilman Charlie Rivenbark, Police Chief Ralph Evangelous,
and Sheriff Ed McMahon – WITH many Christian Churches. First Ben David REFUSED
to Prosecute David Alan Young, who on my 66th birthday last June 16,
accosted me outside a restaurant and SWORE he would get his gun and shoot me to
kill me on Wilmington Streets – because the Bible commands all Christians to
kill all “Liberals and Faggots” like me.
More recently, Jonathan Deputy, property manager where I
now live, threatened me severely and has tried all tricks to get me to move out
before my lease is up – because I have blogged of the drug-sellers here that he
protects. He even got to spreading that I am a child molester, never even KNEW
Tennessee Williams. My memoir that established me as the authority on the last
two years of Tenn’s life I had to publish here with both professional and
customer reviews from Amazon sales, but D.A. Ben David and a Fox News Talking
Head/Lawyer Daliah Saper with Jamie Lee Sutherland who works with Rahm Emanuel’s
drug-traffickers got a false conviction of me of LIBEL in Chicago in absentia

Anyway, Mr. Deputy claimed that he would and could steal my
copyright to any NEW books – just like Ben David did!!! I got fed up with his
spreading lies, and filed Charge of Cyberstalking, and the next day Jon Deputy
lied to a Judge and got me committed to the New Hanover County Behavioral
Healthy Hospital. When I got out ten days later – as he promised me he would
do, Mr. Deputy had gotten someone in Ben David’s Office to throw out my
Summons, so I quickly and easily re-filed it, but for over two months now,
Sheriff McMahon has REFUSED to serve him.
You should know I was raised devout Catholic and my parents
had private audiences with Popes in Rome three times that I know of. We had
Swastikas on our dinner plates growing up, and my parents were well connected
with Sen. Jesse Helms, Coach Lou Holtz (so John Boehner), Newt Gingrich, Sean
Hannity, and set up the Christian Drug Mafia in Wilmington when they lived here
1980 – 1999 with Father Bob Kus, now of St. Mary’s Catholic, and Nixon’s Aide
John Ehrlichman – both of whom I know or knew well.
Dad is now deceased, and Mom lives in Raleigh, at age 95,
she still drives to Mass and bridge club and is of sound mind. I have made my
peace with Mom the last half year – she having had me committed in 1978 because
I wouldn’t shut up about her Swastikas, and forced to take Lithium Carbonate
for 31 years as a sort of soft lobotomy, but my doctor of eight years took me
off in 2009, because she had NEVER seen a sign of Bipolar in me.
What Wilmington desperately needs is a STRONGER Special FBI
Task Force that can cut through the corruption of so many local politicians and
churches here.
By the way, I have Rob Reiner’s admin’s number on speed
dial – because his first cousin Jonathan whom I knew, made me an “Honorary Jew”
in 2010 when I first blogged that two top Atlanta Jewish business-people told
me in 1990 that my parents were literally America’s top NAZIS. Rob works with

Also, I am rooting for Stacey Abrams in the Georgia
Gubernatorial race. She was on the Board of the Kenan Institute for Ethics at
Duke, which I have become associated with.
I hope that you take me seriously, and I would be more than
happy to be debriefed by you or your staffers – and the same is true for Sen.
Tillis. We must ALL find a way to live together in at least respect, if not
love. Anything I can do for North Carolina or the USA I am happy to do. I have
risked my life repeatedly the last eight years, been held hostage five times,
poisoned five times, beaten severely three times, falsely convicted of crimes,
and three times nut-house committed.
I have learned that it is OK to make mistakes if you learn
from them, and despite living homeless or in poverty after my accumulated
wealth was all tricked or stolen from me, that life is forever moving into the
FUTURE, and I am healthy, happy, and laughing at it all – DESPITE all the
extreme challenges, continuing.
God Rules, and cannot be fooled by fearful, greedy
Hate-Bots who dominate too much of both Parties and Government today.
