Engwall,
I received
no notice of having gotten this, but found it by checking Patient Portal, since
I had to get my 3-month refills of metoprolol, diltiazem, clopidogrel, and
atorvastatin at Publix Pharmacy two days ago, and discovered you had not sent a
refill request for phentermine. We must have had some miscommunications because
Dr. Bridger had prescribed that to me at the highest % allowed – given my other
meds – and planned to decide whether or not to continue it after seeing me
again, but we parted company and that did not happen. I told you I HAD lost
weight on the higher dosage but I supposed it would be best for me to use self-discipline
to lose weight. Since you did not order refills for the rest of the year, I
figured you preferred I not use it.
I thought I
told your assistant before I left your office that we had changed vitamin D3,
and I now actually take 2,000 units of vitamin D3/day. I figured your system is
just peculiar, since in the meds list below, it shows I am NOW taking the
laxative and Golytely. Previously, I had NOT bought the prep for a Colonoscopy,
because the transportation issue had to be worked out, and I thought I might
just forgo that – but on 4/10, you seemed certain I should have it, and so I
agreed to have it. I assume that I can just pick those up at the pharmacy (same
prescription), once we get it scheduled.
You also did
not order the metoprolol refills to get me to early Jan. 2027 – the others I
have taken for a long time have refills through then, except Xarelto, which I
get a special deal through Novant Hospital Pharmacy, and I’m scheduled in July
to see them to renew then for a year.
Somehow, in
the below, it shows I take Metoprolol 50 ER one every two days, when it should
be that I take one TWICE per day. This is the one Dr. Bridger’s office messed
up and ordered only the one refill I just picked up for 90 days (180 pills).
So, need two more refills ordered. Maybe you prefer I contact your office right
before I run out on that.
Because my
feet are semi-numb, it would take me several exercise stops to drive each way
to Jacksonville – and then there, I’d need appropriate transportation to and
from the hospital and to stay in a motel, since I could not drive home the same
day. Strangely, when we thought you could have this done in Wilmington, the
services your office said to contact (Comfort Keepers, Synergy Home Care,
Quality Concierge Service), told me Medicare USED to cover transport but had
STOPPED. All of them could do it if I paid, and I could pay the $75 - $100 they all
estimated within Wilmington – but driving to Jacksonville?
Sorry, my
parents really did raise me with Swastikas and daily beatings while planning
the NAZI takeover of the USA by “Christians” of both Political Parties, and
worked in person with many top Republicans and Fox News Talking Heads. They
forced me to take Lithium Carbonate for a FALSE diagnosis of Bipolar 1 for 31
years (to shut me up about it, and they DESTROYED my income and wealth four
times. I actually have Complex PTSD).
But only
Republicans took risks to help me and got me to Mexico twice in Political Exile
for a total of over four years. All things considered, I’m in GREAT shape, and
every time I saw Dr. Bridger, he said my conditions were improving, but I can
prove who stole NHRMC Hospital System, and they even threatened me in person
(one with a revolver, one with a taser), to stop blogging the TRUTH about that
– but I am an HONEST PATRIOT!!!
