Dear Mr. Oppmann,
My name is Scott David Kenan, I currently live in Wilmington, NC and have been sending News Tips to CNN and others since 2008. I lived in ATL/Stone Mountain 1983 - 2010, when Army Col. Dorothy "Dottie" Newman, my then best friend and retired CPO to Sect. of State Colin Powell had to get me to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico because the GA GOP with the CIA and my then employer, Patrick Lee Stansbury (now dead of drug poisoning for one year), my parents and siblings, tried five times in one month to commit me to a "Nut-House", but failed. The Dekalb County Mental Health Nurse was sent out on at least two of those attempts, and she told me the Republican Party was behind it and they planned to MURDER me, since they could not commit me.
My mother, now nearly 103 and on her deathbed (she received Catholic Last Rites Sunday a week ago, and lives alone in her house in Raleigh, NC -- my sister Jane living five miles away). Mom is on Hospice Care (Transition Hospice Care), for one week, today. When I spoke with Mom late yesterday afternoon, she had become more confused, but also more comfortable with her plight (she is now taking Oxycodone), and said she had stopped going to her chair in the living room to watch TV as she's deathly afraid of falling.
As you might imagine, because Mom has tried to have me silenced or killed since 1978, when I would not stop talking about our dishes having SWASTIKAS and we having daily beatings for no reason. Also, Mom ran Procter & Gamble's Skin Research Labs right after Germany surrendered, and was given Dr. Mengele's research on NAZI MIND CONTROL, which she "perfected" for the CIA's antecedent. They renamed Project Paperclip Project MK-ULTRA in Mom's honor. Born a Meyer, Mom married a Kenan.
I know this is "unbelievable", but my father's Kenan side led the only successful Coup d'Etat in US History in 1898 in Wilmington, North Carolina when the White Christians rose up for their Savor Jesus Christ and murdered Blacks, stole their businesses, and properties, as well as elected Government positions, etc.
Before the American Revolution, Kenans had become the world's largest supplier of Naval Stores with three properties having over 300 African Slaves (whom they forced to convert to Christianity, since the New Testament says that Slaves must obey their Masters as if they were Jesus Christ), they co-founded UNC Chapel Hill, and later inherited Henry Flagler's entire fortune. Mary Lily Kenan was his last wife. Few know that Flagler controlled the most Standard Oil stock because he, his first father-in-law Harkness, and JD Rockefeller were the original equal partners, but Flagler got control of much of Harkness's stock.
I have no idea WHY I happened to be the one fated to learn so much TOP SECRET US INFO, but I got it from listening to my family members and to the CIA/EXXON-MOBIL Drug Mafia who held me hostage five times in 2010 in Mexico. I never took an OATH to keep US Secrets secret -- but I DID sign a contract joining the CIA in 2010 in Puerto Vallarta -- but I IGNORED IT and suffered many consequences. I was also playwright Tennessee Williams's last assistant and can prove how the Republican Party stole Tennessee Williams's Estate (now worth about $1 Billion), from Harvard, but the three Harvard Presidents I contacted did NOT want to change that since my Kenan relatives helped the Episcopal Church steal the Estate and Kenan Charities give Harvard many millions each year -- or they DID until working with Donald Trump (whom they with Vladimir Putin put into the Presidency), Kenans CUT HARVARD OFF (like TRUMP tried to do later)!!!
Let me get to your article. I see you went to Duke, where the first Kenan Genealogy said I'd get a full basketball scholarship (I eventually grew to 6' 11"), but I got a partial scholarship to Denison University that has no sports scholarships -- I had the highest College Board scores in my Pennsylvania High School: Math and Physics were my highest scores. Halfway through my sophomore year, I changed major to Studio Art and before graduating in 1973, won a US State Department Art Contest and my Prints (silkscreen), where hung in 30 US Embassies and Consulates around the world.
I lived in the actual town of Stone Mountain 1988 - 2010 when Col. Newman got me to sell all and flee to Mexico. And it was at the opening of the FIRST Tupac Shakur Museum (about 1997) -- in a converted two-screen movie house that had closed on Memorial Drive in the postal zone but not town of Stone Mountain, that Tupac's mother, Afini Shakur, opened the Museum (she lived either in Stone Mountain or adjacent Lithonia), and she told me that Tupac had been invited to an orgy at one of Quincy Jones's mansions in Beverly Hills, and when he got upstairs to the party, it was ALL naked male rappers who rapped about killing queers who were all REAR-ENDING each other!!!
Tupac was straight but had no problem with gays, so he left in disgust -- but would NOT SHUT UP about it -- naming names. So they murdered him.
That Museum lasted less than a year, and strangely enough, on the first of five times I was arrested on orders of Democrat D.A. Benjamin R. David of New Hanover County (Wilmington), in 2011 and 2012, I was told that Democrat Sheriff Ed McMahon (whom I know really well, like I also know Ben David, who recently was an HONORED GUEST of Trump at his second Inaugural), CANNOT allow several Blacks in one cell without one being of another race -- or they quickly start ASS-FUCKING each other.
They ALL claim to be DEVOUT CHRISTIANS -- LOL!!!

I used to have long email conversations with Sallie Bingham -- and my parents LOVED the Louisville newspapers published by the Progressive Democrat Binghams when we lived there 1957 - 1963.
Sallie FORCED her family to break-up their Publishing Empire that was built on the Codicil to Mary Lily (Kenan) Flagler and then Bingham's Will of $5 Million -- $164 Million in 2025 dollars -- because she knew her Grandfather had deliberately married and then POISONED Mary Lily with Laudenum and Arsenic (used to treat Mary Lily's Tertiary Syphilis -- before Penicilin was discovered), as soon as possible.
Sallie was LOVELY to me at first, but TOTALLY EMBRACED her EPISCOPALIAN FAITH -- even then knowing the Episcopal Church had MURDERED Tennessee Williams to steal his Estate from Harvard!!!
