Hey Jose -- I ran out of minutes earlier, and the landline has completely stopped working and has STRANGE codes in its display and near constant beeping, which even resetting by taking out the battery does not help.

First, thanks for the re-affirmation of our agreement -- or rather YOUR commitment. Given that you never tried harder to DISSUADE me from ANYTHING, like you have been trying to keep me from returning to the USA -- more, by far, than you have EVER pressured me before, you DO seem resigned to my return, and I HOPE that eventually you will see that I'm fine.

As I said, the new window will cost about $130.00 USD, and if they come up with a good price, I'll get a windshield too -- if it is a better price than in USA. I HAVE to have the windshield BEFORE I can get my car inspected and licensed in NC, so it would help to have it done. I expect $225 - $275, but who knows.

I stopped by and spoke with Beto, who just got back this morning from a trip to Guadalajara to buy a new "Living-room Suite" for his new common-law wife. Being Devout Mexican Catholics, they are both married to others in the Church's eyes -- if not the Law, now. So they are living in MORTAL SIN, and CONDEMNED TO HELL (unless they split apart and stop the sex -- and CONFESS to a Catholic Priest).

Although Beto AGREED to split the $200.00 USD labor for the stripping, sealing, re-plastering, and painting of the one room -- and split the materials cost -- about only $30.00, he NOW refuses to split it at all -- even if I eat most of the labor, since I DID overpay Martin Jacobo -- although Beto AGREED to pay the higher price before we began and told us where to match products previously used.

He sees no value in my leaving him a full-size refrigerator, King-size bed, reclining sofa (all only two years old, except the bed was used), or hundreds of dollars worth of other household items that are in good condition and usable or salable. So between now and when I leave, I will give away to others, but most likely Beto's drug, alcohol, and glue -addicted ALSO Devout Catholic cousins!!! They may act like TOTAL TRASH, and begged from me the whole time I've been here -- but they have been NICE about it.

To recap the OTHER things proving Beto is DRUG MAFIA:

1.The BS of approving Martin Jacobo's work, without any lack of confidence, then TURNING AROUND after I fell out with Martin, and claiming he did NOT -- as well as yelling at me until I finally just walked away, about how he KNEW and TOLD ME that Martin was HIGH in local Drug Mafia and SUPER DANGEROUS.

THIS IS WHAT GOD-HATING ROMAN CATHOLICS DO -- EXACTLY LIKE MY MOTHER AND MY BROTHER OF A FEW DAYS AGO, as blogged.

2. After the car was broken into, Beto claimed that I should NOT accept the return of the drill Martin stole (he also stole my socket set, iPad Mini, and an old Windows laptop), because BETO SAID that Martin is so high in the Mafia he likely would replace the motor with a BOMB (which I had wondered about and was the REASON I had already refused it).

3. It was Beto who arranged for the cops who came out to COME out (so they spoke good English), and it soon became clear that THEY were also part of the Drug Mafia. you will recall, they KNEW it was a fake and I proved it here: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.mx/2015/06/sadly-puerto-vallarta-has-come-to-this.html. 

4. Beto's REFUSAL to pay his share of structural repairs to his house is WHY I will be VERY AGGRESSIVE in destroying the Tourist Trade in Puerto Vallarta.

5. I can't BELIEVE I forgot to include this earlier: When I first told Beto about what appeared to be a BOMB in my car, he said that several days before, Martin had TOLD BETO TO BETO'S FACE, "I'm going to FIRE-BOMB Scott's car -- if he gives me any more trouble."

And Beto DID NOT in any way try to tell me that. I would have IMMEDIATELY dropped what I was doing to contact and warn that person -- EVEN MY WORST ENEMY!!!

And TODAY, Beto REPEATED THAT STORY without ANY conflicting details between the two times -- so it SOUNDS like he was telling the TRUTH!!!

Beto is one of the top DRUG MAFIA!!! (322) 171-5957 cell, and since he also REPRESENTS THE DRUG MAFIA MAYOR, Ramon Guerrero Martinez, who leaves office -- THANK GOD -- October first, a DIFFERENT Party having won. WHAT a FAT-ASS Roman Catholic GOD-HATING Narco-Trafficker with Kelly Trainor, US State Department, he IS!!!

You will please recall that Mayor Guerrero RENEWED a long-term lease on the Elizabeth Taylor Theater -- WHICH SHE GAVE TH E CITY AS A GIFT!!! -- for PORNO MOVIE SHOWINGS -- the kind they say you need a rain coat to avoid semen stains on you. When the City first did this to her gift, she was SO ANGRY she left town, NEVER TO RETURN and told EVERYONE she HATED the City of Puerto Vallarta to the DAY SHE DIED -- as verified by her life-long close friend Don Gallery, who lived here still in 2010, when I knew him.

First of all, if the weather improves -- instead of being a hurricane as predicted, It can take up to a week  to do that. This is Mexico, and these things cannot be done in a day -- especially due to Mafia interference ALREADY -- so it is unlikely.

MY LIFE is worth more to me than money -- although I suggest you contact my mother, Jane, Mike, and Julie for BONUS PAY for being MORE of a psychological tormentor of me than my (now) INEFFECTIVE BITCH MOM, and I have the PROOF IN YOUR IGNORANT EMAILS -- for COURT IF NECESSARY.
