At the time Daliah Saper of Saper Law, LLC, brought Jed Clampon's suit of Libel against me in fall of 2012, her Saper Law website showed she was ONLY a talking head on FOX NEWS (and had NOT been published in any trade magazines)

And according to the TOP video clip of Daliah on Fox listed, in referring to the situation where a business or person would like to SQUASH a bad review, Daliah first says that general comments, like "This really sucks," are protected by first amendment rights, so nothing much can be done, but SPECIFIC bad reviews can be removed via various actions, but ONLY if you can PROVE it is not true.
So how and why did she take me to court on LIBEL charges, and after the service was NOT LEGAL (but accepted by a judge), did she try me in absentia (knowing I had no money to get there to defend myself) -- AND I HAVE SEEN NO EVIDENCE THAT WHAT I CLAIMED WAS UNTRUE!!!
NOR THAT JED CLAMPON PROVED HE WAS HARMED BY IT AT ALL!!!
UNCONSTITUTIONAL CONVICTION SET UP BECAUSE THEY KNEW I COULD NOT BE THERE TO DEFEND MYSELF!!!

As readers know, the first attorney working for Daliah who contacted me was Emerson Oertel, who since has FLED Saper Law so he doesn't go to prison over this Travesty of Justice.
