While the Press (that Americans don't care to bother reading), has been reporting this for many, many years, I'm more concerned about my OWN first-hand experience.
I sent ONLY the actual letter at the center of this posting: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2016/04/last-night-after-sending-my-letter-to.html, and while it took them about five hours, Laura Turner Seydel and her son John Rutherford Seydel BLOCKED ME, so I then sent it via message on Laura's "Public Person" Facebook page, and saw that it showed up as received and accessible on the left side of that.
I had already sent it secure to the Foundation, which re-opens Monday for business.
