Monday is for Finding a Lawyer, NO???

Well, it is clear I will need a lawyer to represent me against Jennifer McCracken in Court this coming Friday. The EXACT NATURE of Jenny's complaint is copied from the Court Summons in this posting: http://theweathercontinues.blogspot.com/2015/12/thinking-she-has-balls-as-big-as-bill.html

The last time we were in Court was in Judge Lindsey (McKee) Luther's Court -- and Ms. Luther, after earlier saying it was ILLEGAL to combine Restraining Order hearings, DID combine the two I was seeking, one against Jennifer -- who already had one against me, but Jenny kept banging on my walls, calling to me from the hallways of Carolina Apartments THROUGH MY DOOR, and posting harassing comments to my blog under the alias "Christine Hitchens", which I have Jenny's admission to in WRITING, was always her -- and she knew all about Colin Stuart Hamilton's murder by drug mafia in Puerto Vallarta -- before any of my friends there knew ANYTHING.

Not only did Judge Luther DENY making the R.O. both ways with Jenny -- after I'd suffered all this harassment -- but she DISMISSED mine against Anthony Humphrey, who had TWICE threatened my life -- and since Mr. Humphrey did not even show in Court, it is customary to GRANT IT.

And readers know that in 2011, I had approached THREE Wilmington lawyers to try to bring charges against District Attorney Benjamin R. David, because he kept throwing me in jail and bringing false charges -- ALL now dropped and Judge Chad Hogston's CONVICTION of me of "Cyberstalking" brought by lawyer David Nash because I blogged about the drug deals and pot smoking I witnessed when he owned Costello's (gay) Piano Bar on Princess Street, has been WIPED from the record as well.

Anyway, all three of those lawyers' admins told me "'Mr. Legal Advocate' would not even CONSIDER bringing anything against Mr. David -- they see each other in Court EVERY DAY!!!"

Of course this will be simpler and does not involve Mr. David. But in Judge Luther's Court, I brought up how I'd met Jenny, first, in Costello's Bar, and Jenny kept claiming she had never heard of or BEEN to "that restaurant". Despite my continuing to correct Jenny that it is a BAR that does not serve food -- and that restating things RE-LABELED so she could DENY them (the "restaurant" thing), does NOT keep her from PERJURY, Judge Luther was HAPPY to let Jenny's lying denial stand.

And this morning, I made the error of calling "Testosteroni", whose generous monetary gift will PAY for a lawyer, hoping he might have some insight on how best to find a lawyer. He recommended just searching the internet, which I hardly needed to ask to know THAT possibility, but ONCE AGAIN, Testo did not listen to what I had to say, and after he PROVED THAT (after bitching at me for demanding he repeat what I'd told him five seconds earlier -- and he couldn't). Anyway, I hung up on him, angry as much as anything, that Testosteroni's communications with me about this have concentrated on figuring out how much money I will likely be fined and how long I will be sentenced to stay in jail for it.

But as all my readers know by now -- and Testosteroni is the FIRST TO ADMIT IT -- he, at 82 or so, is addicted to shots of Testosterone, Daily Cialis, and Poppers -- so he can enjoy his life as a RETREATED RECLUSE and beat off to gay PORNO!!!

HARDLY a ROLE MODEL for anyone trying to do REAL THINGS, no???

  Have you heard back from Robert? I thought he was still in Charleston but apparently its West Virginia, pity, as otherwise you could pop down to see him fairly easily .... Bottles and bottles of wine we had to celebrate a mysterious person's arrival ... and cheesecake delivered from a neighbor by their 'garden boy' came just in time ...

  Robert is in the Miami area, and I caught him getting off a commuter train going to an appointment. His other books listed on Amazon are photo books of south Florida.

  
  

  As you might imagine, I probably came off as a nuclear bomb to him -- he'd seen my blog a few times, but is obviously not a follower, so knew little of what I've been through -- or of my distant wealthy Kenan relatives' at least tangential relationship to Tennessee's murder.

  Or that I've been ballsy enough to confront so many powerful people.

  I imagine he will need a couple of days to know HOW to respond to me, but it looks like he has DOCUMENTS to support what I have claimed about Sewanee/Episcopal Church stealing Tennessee's estate from Harvard. I'm not so hot to CHANGE that now, but to DISCLOSE it for the public record -- and to get Tom's estate to be only to support struggling experimental writers, as Tennessee stipulated in his will.
  

  

  So far, it has been used to COVER UP the HUGE drop in alumni donations to Sewanee when the Confederate Mace, their symbol of God's Authority on Earth, was retired in 2005 -- at least if the lawyers in Birmingham, Alabama, all Sewanee alums, who claimed Rt. Rev. J. Neil Alexander actually was doing in 2008 or 09, are correct. They chanced on my blog and contacted me in Georgia, then.

  Meanwhile, I've got to find a lawyer to represent me in Court this Friday morning, as Jennifer McCracken claims I violated a Restraining Order -- which she has said half a dozen times is NOT in effect as we had so many CIVIL discussions since she got it and without going into more details, I need a lawyer since I don't know the peculiarity of the law, which might be twisted to cause me a problem.

  In any case, I left her ONE voicemail that if she paid for the damage she caused, I would not prosecute her. Since I left that, Anthony Humphrey has RENEGED on his offer to testify against her in Court, so no point to my proceeding, and my message was completely civil.

  So even if a Judge thinks I DID violate it, it was what I would call necessary to help prevent a trial and conviction in exchange for simple compensation. There have been no other calls or texts between us since.
