My experience with George Plimpton, then Editor of The Paris Review, is documented in this chapter of my memoir. You can go "file charges" with the magistrate every day of the week if you like, they're going to do the same thing that they did the last 2 times...after you leave, throw the papers in the trash. I have documented -- even going back to when I lived in Wilmington 2011 - 12 -- that HALF the time I deal with Wilmington Police Officers they are STRAIGHT (in the Legal sense), and half the time TOTALLY DRUG-CORRUPTED. The one who came out to ask about Seth Wayne George about ten days ago said that Police KNOW I am not a criminal -- and even the one of the EIGHT who came to commit me a month ago, and transported me -- said that I had NOT acted "crazy" in his opinion -- even though he BLASTED "Come to Jesus" radio en route, and I asked him if he could put on a MUSLIM or JEWISH station to get other opinions -- LOL!!!
3. I could write a lot more -- but look FORWARD to seeing you in COURT -- even if that must be FEDERAL COURT because you have Interstate and possibly International Connections you are working with.
You will PLEASE RECALL that when Ida Tarbell BROKE UP Standard Oil just TWO YEARS before the Kenan Family inherited more stock than J.D. Rockefeller had ever owned from Henry Flagler, she had NO HELP from either CONGRESS or LAW ENFORCEMENT -- but she BROKE IT UP NONETHELESS!!!

4. Shortly after noon, today, Allie descended the stairs alone as I was smoking a cig outside my front door. I greeted her, a greeting she returned, then WARNED HER that I had taken out CRIMINAL CHARGES against Jonathan Deputy (and might have to ESCALATE them to FEDERAL CHARGES).
She turned to me sharply as she passed me, and yelled, "I don't give a FUCK what you say or do, ASSHOLE!!!" And I called to her as she then RAN to a waiting car at the street, "You GOD-FUCKING DRUG-SELLERS can GO BACK TO HELL!!!"
And it was ONLY after that, that I noticed that at least TWO neighbors clearly overheard that -- HA!!!
And it was ALL civilized with NO ONE feeling physically threatened.
Since then, Allie RETURNED and was calling from the top of the stairs for Cheese (a cat), and after I looked at the side and back yards without seeing Cheese anywhere, I nicely called up to her that he might be out of earshot -- and she THANKED ME for that, so we are getting on FINE, still.
But it JUST MIGHT BE that MANY people around here are BIPOLAR -- rather than ME.
So that is enough of THAT (for now), but while I was writing the ABOVE, Miss Elijah Carter kept COMMUNICATING with me -- WOOF!!!
