Dear QuikTrip People:

Just an overdue note to let you know that for the many years I lived in Stone Mountain, GA, I always bought your gas -- usually here (Lawrenceville Hwy., Decatur, GA) -- because of your incredible customer service, and your beautifully run stores!!! While a writer (and the last assistant to playwright Tennessee Williams), I have various ties to the Oil Industry, my Kenan Family having inherited Henry Flagler's estate in 1913, and now controlling Exxon-Mobil and Chevron (the latter seeming to be too sanely run for my relatives to actually have control), and the Kenan Advantage Group -- not only now the largest trucking company in general in ALL of North America, but for years , now, the largest supplier of gasoline to Independents in the USA (including the exclusive supplier of gasoline to all US Costcos for over 12 years, now). And my father and brother worked nearly their entire careers for Sun Oil.

And I have gotten so embroiled in current politics, I now work with THREE Mexican Presidents (recently I met a just retired Exxon exec who ADMITTED that Exxon with the CIA put Presidente Pena Nieto in power here in Mexico -- but Pena Nieto SNUBBED big US companies after changing the constitution -- thank God!!!), and many in the US and Mexican Military, primarily separating Global Narco-Trafficking from the CIA and US State Department. I do not wish to bring you into my politics -- just to salute your customer service and your product quality!!!

You see, many of Our Nation's biggest problems (especially racial and anti-gay), come boldly out of Texas, so I am especially glad that YOU are in Texas doing business ANOTHER WAY. And I'd like to tell you that while this is hardly a secret (I've blogged about it more than once and I even have the Halliburton middle-manager's business card in my records), not only did several in the US Press -- including Huffington Post -- report soon after a submersible first reached the leaking oil in the "BP spill" off Louisiana, that the DEVICE THAT FAILED was not only installed by Halliburton -- but maintained by them as well -- this Halliburton employee claimed that EVERYONE at Halliburton KNEW THIS and that the spill was actually HALLIBURTON'S RESPONSIBILITY.

Of course the CEO of BP was completely off-guard and Dick Cheney managed to get all the blame put on BP. And that employee told me that MOST Halliburton employees HATE Dick Cheney, but are too well paid to leave.

So be glad your people work more like a TRUE FAMILY. ONLY Delta Airlines (under the current management), and QuikTrip are in my TOP category of GOOD COMPANIES!!! Hey Jose -- Google, yesterday, reinstated my scottdavidkenan@gmail.com to their sign-in page (but account still shutdown), that also has my sign in for blog, this email address, and disabled scottdkenan@gmail.com (which was never taken off the sign in -- although shut down, too).

I have saved nearly ALL those emails from the last 1.5 years too, and I believe they put the short-lived gmail address BACK UP to reassure me they are saving ALL email files and can be subpoenaed or perhaps more informally asked for them if needed in court.

A face-savings device for Google -- but they are COMING AROUND!!!

See attached that I expect to post to be "nicer" to Google.

BUT -- an hour after I sent this this morning, Google had read it and re-removed scottdavidkenan@gmail.com from their sign-in -- LOL!!!

And this is the recent conversation I had with Marma Duke (one of the many SAVED emails of the last 1.5 years): (ADDED later: LOL!!! This is clearly not from that email file as it was sent-received AFTER my main account was shut down. Perhaps I should have selected something older. Next time.)

I have to say i am very disappointed in google for this. I have a youtube channel (sponsored by Google adsense) that pays regularly  and sometimes very well and when I had some technical problems this winter they fixed them right away and I have always had very polite rapid response from them. 

I know from other friends that have had some problems that google can be very forgiving on some things and merciless on others.  (like not giving away your blog ). 

I believe they will do the right thing in the end, just hope you dont have to wait too long.
